poor room, cold, window would not shut, no cooked breakfast

Ideal situation to see Iron Bridge and visit museums. Although on the down side there were lots of stairs to our room . The room was clean and beds comfortable but we found it a bit cold . The staff were very friendly and helpful .

Room and ensuite bathroom were fine. The rest of the hotel is very much a work in progress at the moment as under refurbishment. A pleasant surprise was the free continental breakfast buffet which we could help ourselves to at any time despite no breakfast being included at the time of booking. Friendly service and I wish the new owners well.

Room nice but the hotel was having a major re-furbishment and will be great when it is finished. Staff all very friendly and someone to take my case to my room. There is no lift as it is a beautiful period property.

Very nice room Lovely view

Lovely location, very picturesque and close to attractions. Lots of food options close by. The room was basic, but fine for a short term stay. Bathroom needs some upgrading. The 24 hour breakfast station was a great idea.

Beautiful outside as v old Georgian inn opposite the Ironbridge Rather shabby inside, bed not very comfy

The room we had was very dated and the shower was small, the shower in the other bathroom didn’t work. Beard trimmings in and around the sink. Staff and surrounding areas was nice

Great location and wonderful view from front rooms. Very attentive and helpful staff and a good breakfast in a very nice breakfast room.

The Hotel has seen better days, The location cant be praised enough. The owner has some good plans to achieve a better standard. The price reflects shortcomings.

The Tontine and all of Ironbridge takes you back in time! The rooms were adequately sized and comfortable. The staff were super pleasant, freindly and helpful

Nice stay.excellent breakfast. Shower pressure on top floor not the best. Rooms clean and bed comfortable. Tele not working.
