Great establishment, lots of space and very accommodating.

Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Accommodations were lovely. Very happy with our choice.

Internet wasn’t working

Absolutely amazing. Checked in @ 3 and the room we reserved wasn’t ready so we were upgraded. Loved the lounge area and breakfast area. Courtyard/garden looked amazing but could use a good cleaning. There was also a heavy smell of smoke.

The staff was the best! Professional and very knowledgeable in addition to hospitable. I wish they had more dining besides breakfast but there’re several places that you can eat at close to the hotel. A few are walkable.

It was dirty everywhere but the lobby. Outdated. No free wifi.

Enjoyed Our Stay The Building Design was very interesting

This is a very scary-looking property. The pictures are misleading. The electricity worked on only half the room, not the bathroom. Parking is in the back away from entrance doors, not well lit. Carpets need cleaning. This was most misleading reservation I ever made on 20yrs of hotels.com use.

OMG i felt like royalty here. I never had a room inside the hotel before. They recognize me as a member and it smelled so GREAT in there. I walked in and it was so big. I loved it. 5* Hotel for sure.

I booked 1 night on the 10th for $211. When I got home and checked my card, they charged me $311 on the 10 and $311 again on the 12th. Old rundown hotel. It is dirty and falling apart.

Advertised with Bar on Property. Not true. Bar not open yet. This is a renovated old hotel. Pictures of bathroom area on website are not as advertised. It is old; rust on curtain rod, handrail, etc. Bathtub has been reglazed poorly. Also, when entering the lobby from outside you will notice a very strong scent, overpowering and not normal. I wondered if it was to cover up another smell. I will say the staff were very kind. Not a terrible place, but website is misleading.

Every staff member, from the property manager and front desk team to the housekeeping staff, was absolutely friendly and accommodating to our every request. They genuinely appeared to enjoy taking care of the guests and working collectively for a positive experience.

The bed was comfortable, and there were no bed bugs. The room was clean. Thin walls, voices carried from the open atrium, and neighboring rooms. I didn't want to touch the elevator walls at all. I wouldn't stay there again.
