It was nightmare for all traveller. When I came to the hotel at almost midnight, the reception was dark. I got bad feeling. * The hotel didn't receive our booking from app*I don't know this is mistake from app or the hotel. At lease the front office managed to get us rooms -appreciated, even though the location is not strategic (uphill). My group is 6 person (with 3 elder & 1 wheelchair) and we have to go to the next hotel by foot in the midnight. I am too exhausted to calculate the different rates of the hotel and make this an issue.
