This place was clean, team members were super. There is no early check in so don't court on being in your room earlier than 300. Other than that I would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

It's right across the street from green lake. Excellent location.

Front staff very nice. Breakfast had fresh watermelon/cantaloupe, cheese omelets, bacon, sausage links, diced potatoes nice & hot -also had pancake machine. Location was great -right across the lake. Would stay at again in the future.

The breakfast options were awesome! The hotel was clean and the staff was super helpful. Location is great across from Zorbaz and we were even lucky enough to be there during Spicer’s winter fest! Super great environment!

The room was very nice and clean. Legion next door has amazing food. BUT breakfast was not as pictured. Cold breakfast was all that was offered but in advertising it showed eggs and sausage and sausage gravy. Disappointed that they didn’t even mention that before.

The beds were comfortable. The staff was accommodating. The location was very convenient. The property was clean and quiet. They did an excellent job.

Hotel was not full and we were put on the second floor without elevator. Ice machine stopped working. Room smelled musty. Check in took 10 minutes. Back entrance near our room was not accessible. Key did not work.

Very pleasant and patient staff. She put up with me when I was tired and crabby at check in.

Staff was rude. Facility is dated and overpriced.

Front desk staff was rude and bickering with each other, made a mistake with my payment, had to reverse charges and charge me again. I was told on the phone there were rollaway beds, got there and there were none. Was told, no big deal, the room has a pullout couch. Get to room, no couch .Had to drive 15 miles to buy an air mattress to accommodate our 5th person. They would/could not give us a different room without paying full price for it. My two 16 year old girls were kicked out of the pool at 10 pm (it's open till 12) even though the only signage says under 16 needs supervision. They do not have pool towels by the pool, they give you one for each guest kept in your room. They make you wear wristbands to swim (why??) that disintegrate in the water. Really aggressive signage for smoking anything, anywhere within 50 feet of the building. The room was clean, and Continental breakfast was great, so support staff is doing their job well. We will NOT be returning.

Prima kamer. Gedateerd. Toilet en douche / bad wel erg op elkaar gepropt. Schoon, maar oud en versleten tapijt. Klein zwembad.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and seemed new. Staff was friendly. This hotel was the cheapest available option and the location was ideal. My only complaint is that the room felt a little damp and smelled vaguely musty. This was odd because the AC was running the entire time and this should have dried the air. I did notice a couple of small (1") mildew patches near the ceiling above the shower. I didn't notice the damp air or musty smell after a few minutes in the room. I have bad allergies and asthma, but they were not triggered, but I noticed the damp air and mustiness every time I entered the room. The bed never felt at all damp. This was in room 106. I'd stay there again, but hope that management will figure out the issue.

Very clean and well served property for the class of hotel. Close to downtown and Green Lake. I will be coming back.

Property was clean, That's the one good thing I'll say. We were scheduled to be at the property for (2) nights. On night #2 (a Saturday night) the hotel made the decision to close the pool at 7:00 PM for cleaning. That said, we packed up and went home and did NOT stay that night. Totally unacceptable!!!
