My family and I recently stayed at your apartment. At first, everything appeared perfect the place was clean, well organized, and full of natural light. However, during our first night, my husband woke up in the middle of the night with multiple bite marks on his back and front, which were very itchy.
After inspecting the bed, we discovered two bedbugs that we killed; both had visible blood, confirming an infestation. This was extremely upsetting and disruptive, especially after a long flight and with young children to care for. My husband had to move to the living room sofa, which was quite uncomfortable.
I immediately checked the other two bedrooms where our children were sleeping and, thankfully, did not find any signs of bedbugs there. The next morning, before we left the apartment, I reported the incident to the staff member on duty. One of the staff members overheard my complain and stated “it’s always one room that has this issue” I was shocked and intended not to put too much mind to it. She informed me that she and her colleague would inspect the apartment and spray the affected area while arranging for an exterminator to properly treat the problem.
