Had a lovely stay in this apartment . It was excellent. Very very clean and comfortable, with everything you could need and a lot of little extras. Just a couple of steps over to the clifftop in Barton on sea. Would definitely stay again.

Brilliant accommodation, very smart and we all absolutely loved it. Definitely would go back again. Communication was excellent. Only one little niggle but nothing to do with the the property as such, I was dropping my car back during the day (about 4pm) and couldnt get parked as someone was having their car serviced outside the property so nonparking spaces. I did find a space across the road so all ok in the end.

Super apartment, over the road from the sea. 2 great cafe/bar/restaurants within 2 mins walk. Very clean and modern apartment with parking outside the front door.

Booked for 2 people - on Hotels.com confirmation it confirmed double bed and sofabed - perfect for my brother and I. After we arrived and the host met us, I received a text message asking if we needed to use the sofabed and if so, we needed to leave £15 on the side before we left (I mean, I love my brother but I don't want to share a bed with him). We confirmed we needed the sofabed and the host came over and gave us bedding. It was irritating because we don't normally use cash, so had to find a cash point, then sort out change from £20 note when we were on our way to celebrate our folks' anniversary. Next morning we received another message to tell us checkout was by 10am. On Hotels.com the checkout time was 10:30. I mentioned this in my reply and said we'd be leaving by 10:30am (we were waiting for our folks to give us a lift to the station). It seems that the information on the Hotels.com booking were not the same as host expected.
