If you are coming to Santiago you MUST stay here! The area is the best in Santiago - we felt so safe and there were so many walkable options for food and drink around. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic - it is offered in the cafe just under the hotel. The guys on reception, Francis and Nicholas, are amazing. So kind, patient and go above and beyond. There is no lift in the hotel but they assisted us with luggage up and down. I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. We were nervous coming to South America for the first time and staying at this wonderful hotel really changed all that in an instance

Fabulous location

Great location in Lastarria. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The front area is always attended, making it feel very safe. The breakfast is in the restaurant next door, which has great basic items to offer. Would stay here again and recommend for people visiting for sightseeing

Great hotel! Very centric, clean and comfortable room and great service and staff. Next door restaurant offered breakfast for hotel guests, the staff was super friendly and accommodating and breakfast and coffee were good. Would stay again and recommend.

I had to catch an early flight next morning and told the reception that I’ll miss the complementary breakfast. The receptionist arranged a to-go breakfast for me to be picked up upon checking out. That thoughtful gesture really made my day.

Room is clean and of decent size. The bed is soft, so expect to be tossed about when you turn over. The staff is very helpful, and genuinely care to provide service given the limited resources available. Breakfast starts relatively late, at 8:00, at the cafe next door. The hotel itself doesn’t have coffee machines. But able to provide continental breakfast and tea should you need it before the cafe opens. The area has endless restaurant and cafe options and touristic spots to explore.

No hay muchas opciones de desayuno todos los días es el mismo menú, pero también fueron amables cuando les solicitamos preparar el desayuno del día siguiente ya que teníamos un tour muy temprano, la cama y el colchón es mejorable al igual que sus almohadas. En general muy bien.

This is a very nice and modern boutique hotel right off a street with multiple restaurants and cafes--one of the nicer areas of Santiago that I saw in my brief stay. Many of the museums are in walking distance. I'd highly recommend it for cleanliness, modern fixtures, and convenience.

Great location in a lovely area. The hotel doesn’t have a lift which made it a little difficult with bags (it does say this when booking) and the bathroom window could do with a blind so as not to wake you in the morning. Despite this we had a great stay and would recommend the hotel to others.
