Check in was quick and easy. The clerk was friendly and efficient. Went to our room and my Daughter went to the bathroom immediately. She noticed the toilet was a little greasy and had to wipe it before using it. The previous guests undergarments were still hanging on the shower bar as show in pic. We weren't comfortable staying in that room so we went back to the desk. Same gentleman helped us and apologized for the experience. He took a picture of that I had on my phone to discuss with housekeeping. Again he was courteous and professional and got us into another room immediately. Our new room was clean and comfortable. We used the pool which was clean and the same desk clerk brought us some towels. It was a nice gesture and made me feel better about our stay. Price was great as we decided to stay last minute after going to SeaWorld.

Room was good, nice kitchenette. Sons truck was broken into in the parking lot and although under a camera, it was apparently not working so we had to go home early with a busted out window. Cops don’t even come out to take pictures when you make a report.

The fist room the floor was not clan and was slepery, the second room had no coffe maker, the stovetop did not work. Had no soap or shampoo. Was not clean completle Not enogh towels

When I first walked in the room it smelled like onions for the entire day... i only saw one dead roach by the fridge... the sheets had yellow stains on one side... and i just learned that its a leak whenever i take a shower.. but i am gonna ask to be changed to another room if possibe. Now this app won't even allow me to upload my pictures

The room floor was dirty. Towels were dirty. Counters were dirty. Coffee maker was dirty. Basically everything was dirty. No way was I gonna not wear shoes or socks to walk around.

Pictures make hotel look very nice but it definitely would never stay there ever again . Didn’t have any towels tub was dirty they didn’t clean the room at all !! Had razors in the draws holes in the wall !!

The amount of repairs going on and the fact that you can tell people were living day to day there and sometimes was very noisy from other guests. I don’t know if I would stay here again.

Terrible since we walk in the front. reserved a month prior, got there at 5;30PM, check in was at 3pm, room was not ready, was told by front person to come back at 6PM, I told him no, if room is not ready I would cancel my reservation. He said to give him 5 minutes to check if room service was done cleaning that room. There was a lady walked in asking if her room was ready yet?They asked for a $30 deposit, never been asked for a deposit before, room was terrible, no clean towels, no complimentary soaps, the toilet water kept running, had a whole covered under the sink, smelled like Marijuana, when there was a sign stating no smoking including vaping, phone did not work, TV did not work. Room smelled bad. Dogs were barking all night. We stayed at the 3td floor. Was a horrible stay. Please do not reserve there, front desk were rude, like if it was our fault they were having all these bad things happening,

TV did not work, they did not have towels, room smelled like weed, sheets were dirty, we called a couple times to check on the tv and they never showed, i said I needed another room but apparently none had working tv, i wanted to relax and we had a terrible night could not find another room since everything was sold out, definitely bad experience.

I ask the inn keeper for early check price. He quoted $30 but charged my card $60. I was told I would get reimbursed for $30 in a couple of days and has not happened. The hall rugs were filthy with no signs of rug shampoo in decades The rest room rod was hanging on its last screw and bath tub filthy when we got the room.

The room was dirty curtains were torn and barely hanging from the rod, bathroom was dirty we were so tired or else we would of asked for a different room. The bed was so squeaky and uncomfortable.

When we arrived, they were not using my passport as I. D when we finally got in after paying cash and losing our money from Expedia. The room was so disgusting. I almost didn't stay, but I had already lost enough money through Expedia. And paying another deposit in room rent. So it cost me double to stay. There was no towels in the. Room, there was no remote for the TV and the cleanliness was just disgusting. Then
