Breakfast very few food, Parking is of and savefty, but room smell not good

Es un sitio con una ubicación excelente, fácil acceso y parking en las instalaciones. El check in es facilisimo y tienes un código para entrar. El desayuno siempre es el mismo cada día, es sencillo pero rico. Las habitaciones están muy bien, son amplias pero el colchón es terrible, eso hace que el descanso sea deficiente. Deberían cambiar los colchones porque están llenos de muelles que no dejan dormir bien. Excepto el tema de descansar mal por los colchones el lugar es que nos gustó.

The girl that it was at the front desk was super nice, the cleaning ladies were the best, being Americans we like a lot of towels and they gave us all the towels that we needed. Very clean location, this is the town that I was born and as always people are very nice and will go out of their ways to make people welcome.

Estuvimos una noche de paso a nuestra llegada a Saõ Miguel, es cómodo porque está cerca del aeropuerto y las habitaciones son muy correctas. Tiene parquing. Como inconveniente, estábamos en un segundo piso y no tenía ascensor.

We loved how easy the check in was! We arrived late however we received very detailed instructions on the check in process which made it simple despite a late arrival. The staff were kind and helpful even opening breakfast early to accommodate those of use leaving early for flights. Would recommend to anyone needing an over lay accommodation or simply something just outside ponta delgada.

Alles sauber und ordentlich. Schöne Zimmer mit einer Dachterrasse. Zum Frühstück war sehr bescheiden. Es würde auch nicht wieder aufgefüllt. Es gab keinen frischen Kaffee. Nur Instant Kaffee zum selber machen. Saft gab es nicht. Nur Limo zum Frühstück

Nice and clean, staff is very helpful, breakfast was okay but little limited and repetitive. The building in general is very well positionend good condition, in a bit humid causing some odor.

They offer big room with two bedrooms, small kitchen, perfect for families!

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond for us, especially André. We arrived without a car since there was a complication with our original rental booking. André booked a car for us that was perfect for our needs and had the company pick us up right there. Further, our room was lovely and the building is quite beautiful. We liked staying in quiet Lagoa. The breakfast selection was very limited, but for the price we were paying for our stay, I didn't mind.

The treatment of the employees has been excellent. The location and the parking have made it easy to get around the island. As points to improve, the room smelled excessively of humidity, and at least ours, being located next to the door, at night there was a lot of noise (suitcases, cars, motorcycles, people...)

Chambre très basique. Les lits ne sont pas confortables, seulement un petit oreiller. Moisissures dans la chambre de bain, particulièrement dans la douche. Le personnel est serviable mais sans plus. L’immeuble en général est joli et rustique. Points forts : stationnement, proximité de certains restaurants, déjeuners inclus

Muy caro para lo que es (hemos pagado 700 euros por 5 días, reservamos con bastante tiempo de antelación) Todo muy antiguo, huele fatal. El desayuno mejor no comento. La primera noche casi nos quedamos durmiendo en la calle porque no nos explicaron como abrir la puerta de fuera (la cual lleva código). Llamamos a tres teléfonos que tienen de emergencia y ninguno nos contestó… eran las 23:00h , nada fuera de un horario normal. Las camas muy incomodas (al igual que las almohadas). Muchas cosas que mejorar. Si fuera un hotel económico entendería todo pero no lo es.

La struttura è un palazzo storico, molto carino e caratteristico, senza ascensore. La nostra camera era sottotetto, dotata di ventilatore, ma fresca durante la sera. Forse la camera avrebbe bisogno di qualche manutenzione e ritocchino, ma nel complesso offre un ottimo pernottamento in una zona silenziosa. Colazione buona, ma non offre vasta scelta specialmente per chi ama la colazione dolce.
