Great location, amenities, and staff. However, the room temperature was difficult to control during our winter stay (−25 °C outside). The room was quite cold from about 6–10 pm despite setting the thermostat to 75–80 °F, then became very hot later in the night. Likely a more comfortable stay in warmer weather, hopefully..

Chambre très propre, lit très confortable, toilettes très propres et belles, beaucoup d’espace dans la chambre, le seul point négatif est que le chauffage de la chambre n’avait pas été allumé avant que nous arrivions donc il faisait 14 degrés à notre arrivé et le chauffage était assez lent (la chambre a atteint le 19 degrés seulement à 22h). De plus, le chauffage dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas donc elle était très très froide. À part la chambre, le personnel est très sympathique, il y a beaucoup de bons restaurants proches et l’hôtel est situé directement à côté du château Frontenac ce qui est très beau. Pour le parking, nous avons trouvé un parking souterrain à 5 minutes de marche qui coûtait 24$ pour 24 heures ce qui est très raisonnable selon moi. Très bon hôtel overall!

Un très beau séjour à Québec à l'hôtel Saint-Anne. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel, les chambres sont belles et propres, bien entretenues. L'hôtel est situé au cœur de la haute ville, juste en face du château Frontenac, proche du funiculaire permettant d'aller dans la basse ville et à proximité d'une multitudes de restaurants et commerces.

Yes the room was spotless. The staff were amazing and it made for a great stay. Job well done. We also ate at Steak Avenue which a staff member recommended may great dishes. We really enjoyed the meal and experience. Our server was a little underwhelming at the restaurant but maybe just had a long night. The hostess was wonderful..

Location is perfect for a downtown stay with friends, tucked in above a lovely restaurant and bar. It was clean, modern and comfortable.

Clean hotel wonderful staff

This hotel is in a great location. Everything we wanted to do was at most a 20 minute walk, with the exception of Strom spa. The hotel was so cute, the rooms are spacious and have character. Unfortunately my rooms heater was turned to AC, rather than heat, so I was pretty cold for the first 2 nights, but before they figured that out they provided me a space heater and had their maintenance team come in to fix it. The mattress is very firm, so keep that in mind if you don’t like firm mattresses. The only bad thing about this hotel is their toilet paper… I know that sounds silly but it was the worst TP I’ve ever used. Outside of that, warm and friendly staff, clean, and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again if I find myself back in Old Quebec!

Nous avons bien profité de cette étape en octobre à l'hôtel Sainte-Anne pour visiter la ville. L'emplacement est idéal et nous avons reçu un très bon accueil. Nous recommandons.
