It’s great

Very good

It is situated next to a small park and opposite a school, yet it felt very quiet. The main square in the Old Town is within walking distance. Nice spacious room and nice and helpful staff. There are so many eateries within five minutes of the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our time in the hotel.

This property has great location in Old Town. The Staff was very helpful and the dining was good. Accommodations were very nice, although the bathroom is a little tight.

A stunning boutique hotel right in the heart of the Old Town, near a beautiful park. The restaurant was intimate and cooked breakfast to order. The staff were absolutely lovely, so eager to help and very welcoming. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The hotel was pretty central to the main square. Loved the interior. Staff were mixed, but one lady with short blonde hair was super friendly. It was more the room cleaning that let this hotel down. The beds weren’t made one day and the floor wasn’t cleaned. I did ring reception to report this but they didn’t seem to interested or apologetic, just advised house keeping had finished for the day.

L’hôtel est parfait, très proche du centre ville historique, l’accueil et le personnel est parfait. j'ai mis une petite note sur l'entretien des chambres, le personnel étant déborder parfois les chambres n'était pas faites de bonne heure. le petit déjeuner était très bien, mais j'aurais aimez pouvoir avoir des yaourts ou autres choix disponibles car au bout d'une semaine sur place on mange toujours la même chose. nous avons passé le réveillons de fin d'année sur place et Whaouu, c'était super top!!! je reviendrais surement dans cette hôtel malgré mes remarques en espérant que le petit déjeuner évolue.

This was a wonderful and perfect hotel in the center of Krakow right next to old town. It was perfect for visiting the Christmas market. The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable. I recommend this hotel very highly.

Terrible - confusion regarding rooms but no negotiating- called the room after midnight- despite numerous emails confirming the payment and booking. Service especially reception rude - just shrugged then overcharged. Breakfast service awful. Only allowed one breakfast under double room. Quite unpleasant and girls at reception just shrugged - appalling!

I will be back. Wonderful experience.

Such a lovely hotel! Really friendly staff and modern decor. Ideal location, just a short walk from the centre but further away enough to enjoy a quiet stay!

Hotellet var rent og pent. Det var sentralt i forhold til togstasjonen og Gamlebyen. Frokosten var veldig god. Vi fikk god hjelp i resepsjonen når vi lurte på noe. Vi er veldig godt fornøyd med oppholdet og anbefaler hotellet sterkt.

Psrking price Is ridiculous taking into consideration that it is just place on the road in front of the hotel.
