Great staff and facilities. Enjoyed the cabanas and pool, as well as the on-site dining and drinks. Great atmosphere.

Staff was amazing. Common areas great, but noisy. Floors are laminate with little to no insulation between floors. Definitely get a top floor or listen to upstairs neighbors stomping in morning and night. Also tremendous hall noise. Slamming doors and kids running down hallways banging on doors.

Dogs barking. No sleep. Get rid of those dogs.

We had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the pool area so much. The room was quiet & comfortable. We will definitely stay here again & looking into other Compass locations.

Our room was next to the elevator and it was so noisy until 11:00 PM and then the noisy started again at 6:00 AM. the people are noisy but worse than that was the noise of the elevator that you can hear in the room. If you want a relaxing place to stay - do not stay here!

This hotel was a convenient area to stay after visiting Crater Lake NP. However, after a long day, my room (along with many others checking in at 4:00) was not ready. At 4:45 it was ready. Aside from the rocky checkin experience, my room was wonderful. Very clean, quiet and several restaurant options nearby. It was too cold & windy to use the outdoor pool or sitting area, but they looked beautiful !
