Beautiful, clean, spacious and polite staff.

The hotel is new, but the staff seem like they dont care. We were three friends living there for 2 days in 3 rooms. None of us had housekeeping visitng, even though the room was made clear for them. Refrigerator was not working im ,y room. Reception said somebody went by to check it, but that was not true. After I told them that, the new story was that the refrigerator only works when you put your keycard in the slot in the room. Which makes absolutely no sense. After that I just gave up. Not very friendly staff.. nice spa/pool though.

Clean rooms. Staff is very courteous.

Tout était parfait: qualité de l’hôtel, des chambres, des personnels. Emplacement idéal. On reviendra dans cet hôtel lors de notre prochain séjour.

Good Location

Tout est parfait. Qualité de l’hôtel et des prestations proposées. Propreté impeccable, restauration au top, personnel à l’écoute. Hôtel à recommander sans hésitation.

You dont get any discount or reward for coming back or to stay for long time. They don't refill the free water to try to trick you to purchase expensive minibar water.

The hotel do not give any reward for gold members or if you have stayed at the hotel for many days. Even after several moths I did not get any benefit, like free acess to spa or reduced price. They do not refill free drinking water at the room you have to change room every day if you want free water. So grate hotel but no reward if you stay long or come often.

Clean room. However bed and pillow were a bit hard! Breakfast ok!

Far superior to our other hotel stays. The hotel was perfectly located for exploring the old town and the Coruna Spit. Our room was an upgrade and was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was an excellent spread of choices.

Disappointing view but close enough to the tourist part of the town. Staff very abrupt, tried to charge us and quite insistent that we had used the mini bar when we hadn’t even opened the fridge. Daily cleaning a little gap hazard

It was very nice. The staff were friendly. We had a nice breakfast and ate a good dinner. The only negative was that there were quite a few dogs. It was upsetting to see them sitting on seats in the restaurant area at breakfast. Unpleasant and unhygienic which was a pity because otherwise it seemed clean. Nobody seemed to think there was anything wrong g with dogs sitting on seats with their faces on the table where humans eat. Strange times we live in.

Beautiful spa and very convenient location.

Hotellissa oli useampi ravintola, josta valita. Aamupala oli erittäin runsas ja tasokas. Kylpylä oli hieno, mutta erittäin vilkas ja täynnä lapsiperheitä. Kattobaarin juomalista oli ylellinen. Kritiikkinä mainittakoon, että palohälytyksen olisivat voineet hoitaa ammatillisemmin. Palo-ovet toimivat kyllä ja ulos päästiin, mutta sen jälkeen ei mitään infoa asiakkaille. Odottelimme turhaan ulkona, vaikka tilanne oli jo ohi aikaa sitten.

Clean, nice and well equipped

Sehr herzlicher und hilfreicher Empfang an der Rezeption, sehr schönes Zimmer, 224, ruhige und doch zentrale Lage, mit Parking neben dem Hotel, sehr leckeres und optisch schön präsentiertes Frühstück. Gerne wieder.
