Las ventanas son muy delgadas y hace que se escuche el tráfico. No hay clima y se calienta. Se batalla con el agua caliente. La TV nunca se apaga. Así que esa luz siempre está encendida.

Un lugar excelente, es un departamento en una de las mejores zonas de CDMX, con todas las comodidades. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y atentos. El lugar está en excelentes condiciones, mucha seguridad, unas vistas a la ciudad espectaculares! Esperamos regresar muy pronto. Es ideal para familias o un grupo de 4 amigos

Ubicación ideal, los departamentos son verdaderamente chiquitos, pero funcionales. El edificio tiene varias amenidades (sala de billar, roof garden, alberca climatizada y techada, lavadora/secadora. Nuestro anfitrión Óscar se lleva todos los aplausos. El estacionamiento MUY REDUCIDO, apenas si con trabajos pude estacionar mi minivan. Sin problema regreso!

Staff was friendly, pool was nice for my kiddo. Apartment clean and washer and dryer worked well.

Todo estuvo muy bien a excepción que los wc de los baños hacen mucho ruido al llenar el tanque y en la noche es molesto . El lugar muy bien ubicado cerca de grandes tiendas y restaurantes, limpio y agradable , con vigilancia todo el tiempo y de fácil acceso.

I only stayed in Polanco one day then I was transferred to another ULIV Property in Roma Norte The location was very nice and they moved me to a different room because there was construction next-door much better

We had a wonderful stay at this ULIV. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they truly made us feel taken care of from the moment we arrived. Everyone was always willing to help with anything we needed, and the service was outstanding throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable — perfect for getting around and enjoying everything the area has to offer. Everything about our experience was excellent, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for more. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this ULIV.

Very good location but poor entry to the building for large luggage

El personal de seguridad y Loby no tienen atención al cliente pero no me extraña ya que ellos son porteros y algo cuadrados en cuanto a servicios tanto de estacionamiento como de atención

Las rampas de estacionamiento son muy pequeñas, deberían hacer una recomendación de uso únicamente para vehículos compactos.
