Riad is a fantastic hotel in central Palma, within walking distance of everything we wanted to do and eat. Professional yet friendly staff. The only time we took a taxi was to Anssia beach club. Nice quiet rooms, perfect climate, silent AC, comfortable beds and blackout curtains. Breakfast was also excellent, but the eggs Benedict came with béarnaise instead of hollandaise 😊

Beside the fact that there is no real room service food, everything else is above and beyond. Vibes a lot like the show White Lotus me and wife kept saying to ourselves.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel, Einrichtung ist themenbasiert angelehnt an Marokko. Jedes Zimmer ist einzigartig, viele kleine Details. Sehr freundliches Personal die versuchen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Es ist leise obwohl man miiten im Zentrum von Palma ist. Das Früstück ist eine Mischung aus Buffet und Ala Carte und lässt keine Wünsch offen.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Riad, mitten in Palma mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern. Die Auswahl zum Frühstück ist überschaubar, aber von bester Qualität. Ich hatte ein wunderschönes Zimmer, ich habe ein Upgrade bekommen mit einer Badewanne wie ich sie noch nie gesehen habe. Das einzigste was mich etwas gestört hat aber das passt eben zu einem Riad , alles ist sehr dunkel.

Verdens bedste personale, rent ud sagt. Fantastiske individuelt indrettede suiter, fantastisk beliggenhed og alt det er helt på plads - men dét, der løfter Palma Riad ud- og langt op over konkurrenterne er….de ansatte.

Super fedt hotel med en god og hyggelig indretning. Personalet er helt i top og hotellet har nogle rigtig fine faciliteter. Beliggenheden er fuldstændig fantastisk.

Außergewöhnlichstes Hotel in Palma! Absolut authentisch, aufwendig wie ein marokkanisches Riad. Sehr schöne Frühstückssituation für ein Stadthotel in Top-Lage. Frühstück und Mittagssnack im Preis inbegriffen. Tolle Bar, großartiges Personal.

Die Zimmer sind top. Man fuehlt sich wie in Marrakesch. Fruehstueck und Lage sind auch top. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Traumhaft. Lage top, Staff ebenso und vom Zimmer ganz zu schweigen! Ein Traum aus 1001-Nacht, perfekt bis ins letzt Detail!

Mysiga rum, trevlig personal, sköna sängar och sängkläder. God frukost. Dock alldeles för dålig belysning, omöjligt att kunna läsa en bok eller tidning. Svarta väggar och tak. Massage finns på systerhotellet Nakar Hotel.

Breakfast menu had a large selection! The general parking was 5 minutes walk and was safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

No solo el lugar, el cuarto o la comodidad es todo, pero el personal es sumamente importante y en este hotel una joven argentina llamada Sol fue la gran diferencia.

Piccolo hotel di charme nel cuore di Palma. Un’oasi di pace a due metri dalla movida: bar, ristoranti, negozi, passeggiata. Personale gentile, simpatico, preparato e disponibile. Camera piccola ma accogliente e silenziosa, bagno enorme e affascinante. Colazione super. Niente parcheggio (ma quello pubblico è vicino), piscina o spa (disponibili nel vicino sister hotel, per chi fosse interessato). Per noi è stata la scelta perfetta per conoscere e godere di Palma.
