Perfectly located for exploring the city. Extremely Friendly and helpful staff. Basic amenities but adequate for a comfortable stay.

Good spot and pretty hotel

O quarto é bom mas para o padrão do hotel, faltou muitos itens O quarto era minimalista, não tinha lugar para deixar os casacos ou pendurar as toalhas o que deixou tudo muito bagunçado Éramos 4 pessoas no quarto sem quase nemh móvel de apoio. Solicitei ajuda com estacionamento próximo se não tive nenhumaresposta

Quarto amplo, perfeito. Localização excelente. Equipe atenciosa. Só o café da manhã na foi nota 10. Podia ser melhor.

A estadia foi ótima. Mas fomos levados para uma extensão do hotel original, não atrapalhou em nada, mas essa informação não foi encontrada em nenhum local.

It was a gorgeous spot and the staff were very friendly. I didn’t make it to breakfast, which I regret!

The room was big and really clean. The shower had great water pressure. The staff (manger and clerk) were accommodating and suggested good places to eat. I would definitely stay there again.

The lack of an elevator is real negative. Room was fine, shower is a bit odd. Breakfast was fine.

I didn’t make ur to breakfast. I was on the top floor. The room was very clean and well appointed and QUIET! Good sleeping. The staff was nice. A couple of dings: 1.Parking is FAR AWAY with a hike back to the hotel. Take your coat, it’s cold on the evenings! I didn’t know that when I booked. 2. There is no lift (elevator). After walking up and down the steep hills of Asisi, my knees were SO sore! (Stayed on 3rd floor). 3. Tons of tour groups in the town and one in the hotel. All in all great location. Great rooms. Don’t take your car.

Gravísimo no tiene ascensor y era un cuarto piso!!!! Eso no nos gustó porque las maletas nos causaron mucha dificultad!

Location was fantastic, close to restaurants of Piazza dela commune, but quiet, well appointed. Across the street from church, the perfect start to our pilgrimage.

We stayed here for one night after a wedding nearby. We loved it and would stay again on a future trip. The family room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very considerate of storing our considerable amount of luggage before we left Assisi for our flight.

Anna is so incredibly helpful. She goes the extra mile with a smile. Breakfast is a pleasant dining experience. The hostess is kind and attentive. The décor is cool and modern and fresh. There was whqr appearwd to be a repaored leak which left a mark in our room. Great rain shower! Walkable to everywhere in Assisi. Picturesque. I want to return already. The only things are: 99% of the TV cable is Italian, all streaming requirments with an account, the Annex suites do feel far away from the main hotel and we didn't have an iron ready and had to request one.

Great location

The boutique hotel was more than we expected from the central location to the churches, shopping and restaurants. Plus the room was very comfortable.

the hotel looked amazing, they gaves us an upgrade with a jacuzzi in the room, we were happy in till we walked in the room and realized that the windows view overlooked the cleaning area of the hotel, but that its nothing compare at issue we had with jacuzzi, imagine in the middle of the night turned on we got scared that we called the receptionist and he didn’t know to shut the jacuzzi off finally he didn’t it but didn’t stop there because the jacuzzi turned on again earlier in n the morning…. didn’t had a goodnight of sleep, but the reception knew about the problem and didn’t change us for the water that we used in the hotel!! was a terrible experience!!!!!
