Disappointing stay – would not recommend.
Unfortunately, this apartment did not meet our expectations. It was not very clean upon arrival, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor throughout the unit, likely due to poor ventilation.
The apartment was poorly equipped for a family of five staying two nights. We were provided with only one small bottle of shampoo, no paper towels, no kitchen towels or quality napkins, and only the bare minimum of kitchen utensils. There were no proper drinking glasses—only inexpensive, stained cups.
The bathroom across from the kitchen had a shower head that sprayed water everywhere except where it was supposed to, making it difficult to shower without soaking the bathroom. The lighting in the bathroom was also inadequate, making it difficult to shave or get ready.
Several electrical outlets were loose and coming out of the wall, there were no hangers for clothes, and there was no air conditioning, which made the apartment uncomfortable.
Overall, the apartment felt very basic and lacked many of the essentials that travelers reasonably expect. I cannot recommend this property and would choose a different place on my next visit to Mexico City
