Was surprised at check in that there was no staff. You enter the hotel elevator bay via passcode and then must type it again in the elevator to get up to your room. I find this inconvenient compared to a regular keycard. I booked a suite which was spacious, bright and clean. TV with included entertainment options lol Netflix was great. I don’t use the kitchen but it seemed well equipped (glassware, mugs, utensils, pans, dish soap, etc.) The bathroom sink was slow to drain and the toilet seemed to have issues - water tank didn’t fill with water properly. I booked very last minute so the price was high. The poor functionality of the bathroom took away from the entire experience. Suggest only booking at regular rates!

Responsive staff, spacious accommodations

Even though I filled in all the paperwork in advance I wasn’t sent the codes to enter. They do not have staff on site and I had to call a couple of times to get it resolved. After we finally got in the place was nice. It looked like the photos. The art was cool. The kids liked the “balconies” mainly because they couldn’t figure out the purpose. It would be nice to have a table since there is a kitchen area. The beds are ok, not the most comfortable. The place worked for what we needed it for. The shower works well and is hot. Over all it was a good stay.

The unit was large and accurately depicted in the photos. Check-in is a bit of online work, but still I’d say pretty easy. Communication was great. Clear and quick to respond. The only negative was The bathroom was missing a towel hook (could see where it HAD been on the door) and there was unfinished drywall spackle where a toilet paper holder used to be attached to the wall. Would still say it’s a good value, great location, and would recommend.

Great place to stay if you need space and a small kitchen. The neighborhood is packed with places to eat and within walking distance of attractions downtown.

The apartment was really clean and cute. There's an additional room with a bunk bed, so lots of space. Great location - just a 2 minute walk from the Hamilton Go station. Lots of bars and restaurants as soon as you got out on the street. Great value for money!

Best location! I absolutely love the digital check in. It was very easy to manage everything ourselves. The rooms are adorable and huge compared to hotel standards. Laundry Rooms is 10/10. I’ll never stay at a conventional chain again in Hamilton.

Staff: Excellent. Amed was very helpful through the process. Room: Great. Clean. Please fix the hard chairs for the table. They are coming off the seat structure. Easy fix. They are pressure fitted. They need some PL Plus.

It was an amazing apartment and whebtnuere was an issue they were able to deal with it promptly.

Easy & safe 8 min walk to St Joseph’s Hospital (Charleton Ave) Lots of restaurants and food market nearby. Spacious accommodation with sitting area, very functional galley kitchen and comfortable bed. No hair dryer & only 4 Nespresso pods for 2 adults ( 2 night stay). Helpful communication via texts & kindly gave a later discharge time on short notice. Would definitely choose to stay again.
