However, the lunch and dinner buffets can sometimes get cold. Overall, the lunch and dinner buffet was not a great experience, but the staff is generally welcoming, except for a few who lack professional experience.

The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and the staff is generally friendly and attentive. However, I did notice a few instances of poor professional manners among the staff, particularly in the restaurant and lobby areas. The breakfast and dinner menus offer a diverse selection of foods, but they often come across as cold and unappetizing. The rooftop restaurant, however, is a standout feature, the Menu is written only in French,

We did not have long to stay at the hotel but it was comfortable, clean and the staff was great. the dinner buffet looked amazing with lots of choices however what i chose was not very tasty. Another perk was that it was close to the airport. All in all, we would stay here again

Pas de stationnement, alors que c’est mentionné : c’était un critère de sélection. L’hôtel est vide (12 chambres louées), mais on nous a donné celle au 2e étage juste à l’entrée de l’hôtel. Le problème, il y a un théâtre dans le sous-sol et à la sortie à 23H00, c’est plus que bruyant. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi donner ces chambres alors que l’hôtel est vide. En plus, à 22H00, nous étions couchés et endormis, on se fait réveiller par la réception au téléphone…quelqu’un va passer pour que je signe le ticket du souper. On avait demandé un réveil à 6H30…donc déduire que les clients dorment à 22h00 c’est trop demandé. Bref, séjour d’une nuit très décevant, nous avons très mal dormi et pas avant minuit. Belle préparation pour une journée complète de vols à faire. Enfin, le personnel n’est pas naturellement sympathique. On a connu beaucoup mieux ailleurs en Tunisie. Certes, le ramadan n’a rien pour aider. Au final, les installations sont 5 étoiles mais pas le personnel.

Nice property for the price. Rooms modern. Had problems with key card but had a feeling it was a scam to allow the desk to escort you to your room to let you in so you gave a tip. also bar said we had to pay there and not add to room which was again a tactic to leave cash.

Convenient and staff mostly very helpful. Not far from the airport, should have a shuttle to pick up customers and drop off. Should be charging the stay tax together with the booking. Paying separately can make customers feel like someone is taking away this fees. Otherwise nice place to stay.

Everything was fine BUT NOBODY MENTIONED THAT THIS WAS A COMPLETELY DRY HOTEL.

Le service n'est pas a la hauteur, le room service arrive 50 min après la commande . Le petit dejeuner à 7 h toujours rien a l'heure que l'ouverture est 6h30 dommage pour un etablissement comme celui ci pratique a coté de l'aeroport

The property super clean but the hotel and service not complain I requested a wake up call they didn’t call and the overhead shower was not working they said they will send someone never come .
