Beautiful space. Staff was easy to access via phone and text. The only challenge is there is not parking at the property but o think that is common for this area. We found a parking garage close by.

The apartment was well equipped for a pleasant stay. My only complaint was the shades were quite thin over the wall of windows and the lighting from outside made sleeping difficult. I need a dark room so this was uncomfortable for me but probably not a deal breaker for most. Otherwise I’d recommend this place!

To start we were given an access code to get in the building. After showing up to the front door and multiple attempts to enter with our code we spent 30 minutes outside on the sidewalk with all of our luggage trying to check in until FINALLY a cleaner let us in to call and get help from support. Little did we know this would be the last good experience. We had to spend hours of our visit trying to get into the building, elevator, stairs, and room. You’re supposed to get one code for everything and I think by the end of our trip we used about 7 codes. We spent a lot of time stuck in the elevator. The deck was unsafe it appears to have plastic block over a rotted wood deck. It sagged under the weight of a 130 lb person. In addition to all that the room was not clean. Popcorn all over the floors, toothpaste splatter on the bathroom door, and two of the corners of the mirror were damaged and unsafe. The main bedroom didn’t have blinds for the windows and the second bedroom was so small the door barely cleared the bed. It sucked not being able to leave the hotel without my phone due to the fact the codes they kept giving me only worked for 10-15 minutes and I knew to get back in I would need to call the property help line. This deterred me from going out and seeing the area.

Will definitely stay here again if I am in the area. I did not speak with anyone in person but everyone that helped via text and email was great and helpful. Good location in a cool city.

Great concept in a fantastic location! We loved using the roof and that it was so comfortable for us and our dog. Only negative was that the hallway smelled so strongly (a smell best described as used cat litter?) that it carried into our apartment

I like that I didn't have to interact with anyone in person and everything was handled digitally. When I did have questions (like the wifi password), the live chat function on the hotel's website provided instanteous support, even at 1am. If you are an introvert this is the place for you. Super clean, nice to have a kitchen, bed was comfortable as well. 10/10

Please be mindful that if you book deluxe queen studio, pictures on Expedia don’t match reality. Also, needs blackout drapes.

Have stayed here a few times. Always clean, responsive staff, great location, spacious.

Clean property, centrally located, great customer service

I stayed here with my sister and her dog and we had a GREAT time. Our location was right in the middle of everything in Ann Arbor. The unit was super clean and very comfortable and nice to have a big space to go back to. We were able to walk everywhere. Our car was parked in a municipal parking garage and we could see the car from our balcony!

The location was perfect! The room was fantastic! The check in process was a very frustrating 50 minutes of codes that didn’t work and a room that hadn’t been cleaned.

I had to call every time I entered the building. Each time I called, I was told that the next time it would be fixed. Some one at the building told me to leave my door open to make sure I could re-enter... well as a single traveling woman, I decided that wouldn't be very safe

Noisy and too bright

The unit was nice and the location was great but our second floor room faced the back alleyway where garbage dumpsters were stored and very loud garbage pickup was taking place at 5 am every morning. There was also a bright spotlight on at night so that, even with our shades down, the room wasn’t dark when we were trying to sleep.

Check in was difficult.

Clean and modern property. Close to good food and coffee.

Overall a great stay. Convenient to everything and a good amount of space. Well maintained. Just a little trouble getting in the front door when we arrived.

While the actual place was nice enough, there were way too many things that made it difficult. Upon arrival, none of my codes worked and I was locked out. They also sent me different codes for different rooms, one being occupied. Once I got in it was okay; however, someone who may have worked there tried to get into my room. Overall, the location is great, but you gotta have patience with this place.

Greta place to explore downtown Ann Arbor. Clean, comfy apartment.
