Not enough parking close to my room

Quiet, spacious and great price!

I was traveling through Jax so I need a safe a peaceful place to sleep. When I got there they were super busy at 1:00am. The line was out the door. The front desk lady was nice, amazing, considerate and incredibly polite. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. I only stayed until 7:00 am and breakfast was good, hot and fresh. If I needed to I would stay here again.

For the price, the room was ok. However, the worker at check in was extremely rude and very unhelpful.

It took an hour for me to check in at 12:30am because there was only one staff available for 10 + guests checking in. Did not get my room key until close to 1:30am

We had a great stay

I just felt like there was no attention to guest. For example i called every single day i was there to get more towels and more clean sheets and no one ever came. The floors are dirty. You can tell they don't sweep and mop the rooms.

Not too bad. Door could have been more secure and the pool could have been open

Wasn't too impressed, My room had no toilet paper, bed linens were on shelf and not folded, No light.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE! Hotel stated we were a no call no show and charged us full price even though we arrived at 430 pm (check in was 3pm) and was told to “come back later” because they didn’t know if they had the room we booked months in advance.

Customers service was not so great

I was worried after i made reservations and my wife looked on google reviews. She said the reviews were terrible but when we got there, the staff was awesome, the lobby was clean as well as the room, nothing was wrong and the price was outstanding. We went to Apalachicola the next dat and spent a lot more for a room at a 50's type roadside motel. I would stay there again no problem! I am used to Hilton and Marriott hotels and had no problem with this property at all. Great job Developer Inn!

The check in was very easy. The staff is professional,courteous, and helpful. The rooms are spacious, the bed is very comfortable. The location is convenient to the interstate,airport,restaurants, and shopping. The breakfast is very fulfilling

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had an Expedia with a hotel. I do not recommend you booking this hotel at all. I’m flew in from San Diego and I was calling the property. They don’t answer their phones. They only communicate with you through text messages once I checked in, they scam my reservation and only check me in one day out of my five day reservation so I would have to be checked out the following morning and they would have to charge me double The rate when I tried to ask for help from the front desk, they booked another room for me and from my own phone on Expedia and then I told him no I don’t want another room. I don’t wanna pay that much for another room when I had already had a set rate they said they would refund me. They never refunded me and refuse to refund me through Expedia also don’t come here. They are trying to take as much money as possible from you and they will scam you the room was dirty and the pillows had the cotton coming out of. I do not recommend at all definitely not a place for children. It’s a hub for prostitution and crime. There’s people smoking weed all over the property and the complementary breakfast was absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend at all. I will never stay out here again and I really hope nobody else gets robbed like they robbed me.

i like the Breakfast and Staff.very Great

I didn’t like the breakfast. The surrounding wasn’t secure. People talking loud outside late night.

Booked a multiple bed suite for six but a suite was not available but the hotel clerk did accommodate us in two rooms near each other. The rooms were okay but were missing basic things such as towels and tissues. Calling the front desk they did bring some but the towels weren’t plush and things were very basic. The setup is more motel like and some areas are dark with stairs located not necessarily near your room.

I was not comfortable the bed had bed bugs ever since my stay my skin been crawling ever since and I don’t like it…

Half of the reason why I chose this hotel was the fact it had a pool. I didn’t know that the pool was closed during the entire time we were there. We kept asking for towels and wash clothes but no one brought us any. The front desk clerk was highly rude to my sister and I.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and the check-in process was fast and easy. My only concern is about the breakfast. Last year, it was perfect. This year, nothing but grape gelly to put on toast, no orange juice, no cereal. I was expecting more.
