Everything well organize and good atmosphere

Once you leave the property, there’s nothing there to do any shopping. You have to take a cab to go in town.

Pleasant overnight stay, but one issue with one of the guest rooms we stayed at that the electronic door lock was not working. It wasn't found out until the next day before checking out. This is unacceptable especially with the issue of security and safety for a supposedly "5-star" hotel.

Everything was beautiful

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was top-notch. The breakfast was very good, the room was quiet and I would say this is one of the better five star hotels that I have been in.

夫のお誕生日だったのでケーキをお願いしていたのですが、スタッフの皆さんがギター演奏&歌付きでサプライズでお祝いしてくださいました！とても嬉しかったです。 それだけでなく、赤ワインや娘にもチョコレートのプレゼントをしてくださりホスピタリティ溢れるおもてなしに感謝です。 英語があまり得意で無い私達にも親身に寄り添ってくれました。 親切にしてくださったダリアンさん始めスタッフの皆様、本当にありがとうございました。良い思い出になりました！ 最終日は朝早めの便だったので5時頃にホテルを出発しなければならなかったのですが、朝食をお弁当にして持たせてくださいました。 キンパ弁当、美味しかったです。

Very good resort. Decent private beach during high tides. Good for snorkeling. We did see some poisonous sea snakes as well. Guess they are generally harmless unless you poke them. The crowd was good, looks like it is a favorite place amongst Koreans  The breakfast was excellent. Don’t miss to try their local Taa Ho! We had a great time at this place. Definitely we will come back again!

とてもよい

Staff were all fantastic and hospitality was great. Room was comfy and clean and reset daily. Breakfast was a highlight and managed very well. Dip Nikkei was the only disappointment. I had the Crab Causa, which was over powered by mayo and sauce. Ceviche and Nigiri was good but had hoped for more. Matcha cheesecake was a little dry and overdone. I also had the Pork Bao at the pool the following day and again it was overly sauced. Felt like some work and refinement needed. Buhi was my favourite spot to be in, staff were great and the small food selection was great! The pork skewers and chicken with pineapple vinegar were amazing. I’d expand the food offering here!

시설도 쾌적하고 편안했어요

ホテルのビーチでシュノーケルすると魚がたくさん見れます。満潮時がいいと思います。夕方干潮のときは、海底のゴツゴツした岩があらわらます。どちらにしても、マリンブーツがないと足を怪我するかも。客室は広々しておしゃれで綺麗です。朝食ヴァフェは品数も満足でき、マンゴーもあります。スタッフは明るく礼儀正しく、人懐こく好感持てます。

새건물이라 좋았지만 추가비용까지 내서 바다뷰를 결제했지만 의미없습니다 한쪽만 바다뷰 c동입니다 전체가 다 반은 바다뷰나올듯하는데 왜 추가결제하는지 모르겠습니다 식당등 이용하려면 추가비용 차비가 드니 호텔내에서 즐기는게 좋습니다

pool is very good!

Staff & service were excellent. The Dip restaurant for dinner was first class. However, there were queues at breakfast & it was very crowded around the pool area. The buildings are tired & leaky, and the surrounding area is very unattractive.

Amazing staff and worked with me when i lost my wallet. Very friendly and cant wait to stay again with them in 5 days.
