Déçu du séjour : les chambres donnent sur un patio qui est très bruyant. Des jeunes et clients de l'hôtel sont restés à rigoler et parler fort jusqu'à minuit passé, et malgré la fenêtre fermée. L'endroit est certe fait pour (canapés, parasol...)... C'était un mardi en mars, j'imagine pas aux beaux jours. Et dès 23h la réception de l'hôtel injoignable pour signaler le problème... A plusieurs reprises Pas digne d'un 4 étoiles !!

Super hôtel : moderne, bien décoré, propre, avec de nombreux services disponibles. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable. Tout était bien pensé. Je recommande vivement !

Très bon emplacement de l’hôtel dans le centre de toulouse, non loin des grands boulevard. Hôtel moderne, jeune et branché.

Very youth friendly, not the place for those who want customer service convenience, or calming traditional atmosphere Poor lighting in the rooms No coffee or tea offered at check in Self check in kiosk, even though my reservation for 3 rooms was done prior to travel, I had to check each person in and their room separately Certainly not a customer satisfier

Hotel has a very young vibe and bar is open late so be prepared for a very active social scene. Room is compact and no fuss, but sufficient for a sinlgle/couple travelling without the need to stay for long in the room. Bonus that room is equipped with coffee machine and kettle. Hotel advertise restaurant on site but as I found they may close at short notice and with no restaurants close by this could be an issue. In my case the evening manager was amazing and managed to provide meal - service is fab!

Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

It seems geared to extract profit at all expense. The company does a lot of advertisement as if they’re super socially responsible but I saw no evidence of it. They’re badly gentrifying, contributing to displacing locals, and I did see residents/employees(they're very hard to distinguish) behaving disrespectfully and dangerously in the neighbourhood. Very few events (and you need their app to sign up). The interior despite erasing a lot of the building and area's history is poorly constructed. Beds, and "quiet study room" shake from doors closing. Weird alarms going off. Has a lot of surveillance and data harvesting. "Quieter" rooms next to an active construction site. Reception dead zones. Out of supplies. Have to download an app to do laundry. The advertised rooftop restaurant (scheduled to open in 2023) and pool were closed. Most staff (especially the chubby one who always wears the same sweater) are abusive, gaslighting, and don’t know how to do the simplest of the jobs (answer the phone, read their email, confirm check-outs before barging into rooms, recharge a keycard, communicate amongst each other, allow the putting down of a patio umbrella). Even when you speak in French or their native language. Complimenting any good service made it worse. The manager(s) was mostly just interested in reputation management, avoiding accounability and encouraging xenophobia. The gym was pretty macho, including by staff. This place lowered my productivity.

The property had a light and playful vibe. Would be interested in visiting their other properties.

When I arrived at the hotel at night, there was no staff at the front desk and I didn't know how to check in. (After about 10 minutes, a staff came.) The room was comfortable, except for the noise from the drain pipes. The breakfast was good.

It was like a dorm room. I think a younger person would prefer this place.

Loacation was ok, bed was comfy and WiFi worked ok. The room was a little scruffy and could have been cleaner.
