Boendet hade flera tydliga nackdelar. Trapporna var mycket smala, branta och trånga, vilket gjorde det jobbigt att ta sig upp och ner – särskilt om man har resväskor. Vårt rum låg på översta våningen, så vi behövde gå flera våningar via dessa trappor och passera låga och ovanliga dörrar. Det är definitivt inget boende jag skulle rekommendera för personer med mycket bagage eller nedsatt rörlighet. Badrummet var också ett problem eftersom vattnet försvann vid slumpmässiga tidpunkter. Det handlade inte bara om att varmvattnet saknades – ibland fanns det inget rinnande vatten alls, vilket var mycket frustrerande. Dessutom gick fönstren knappt att öppna – endast cirka 10 cm. Det gjorde att rummet blev väldigt varmt och dåligt ventilerat, vilket gjorde det svårt att sova, särskilt under varma nätter.

Big spacious room and comfortable bed. We didn't realise the toilet was up another flight of stairs and through another two doors. That took the edge off our stay, which was otherwise fine

Staff were very helpful & professional. Having to check in at a different property first was a small downside but very happy over all. Thank you.

My partner and I stayed 2 nights here without a car and while the walk from the rail station was arduous, the stay was lovely. Our room was massive, the bathrooms were hard to find at first, but clean, and the staff were ready to help. We especially appreciated access to a kitchen with a decent amount of pots/plates/etc for making a simple dinner our first night. The property is a bit far from the center of Derry, but not unmanageably so; just be prepared for walking up and down hills! Check in was confusing because I had not received communication that we had to go to the main property first, but that might be an issue with Expedia rather than the property management. Overall a great stay that I would recommend!

Nice place to stay in Derry. Shared bathrooms and kitchen are clean.

The bed was so comfy. Room was tastefully decorated. No TV was not the problem you might expect as we were very tired from traveling and glad of no distractions, went to eat at City Hotel, excellent food and great service.

Great hotel with lots of character. Our room Was beautiful and spacious, and we enjoyed having the kitchen so we could make breakfast before going out to explore. We had a couple of issues during our stay (internet not working twice, and one of the shower heads loosing pressure on our last day), but they were promptly fixed upon contacting the management.

What a fantastic place! 10 Individual rooms, a large guest house vibe with a massive living room and kitchen and you can order breakfast in bed for £5.50 and it was delivered hot and on the dot! They run a clean ship here too! Check in was great with Vllin and all communication sound. They went above and beyond for me and I would give this a solid 10/10

The property was very clean but not realised that room was up 4 flights of stairs . No tea or coffee in rooms if you needed a drink it was a trip up and down stairs . Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues i would search further next time .

As a female traveler alone it was a comfortable place to stay. Kitchen was large and so was the lounge. The room was large as well.
