No staff. No towels. No TV remote. Mattress too big for bed. Pillow cases too big for pillows. Won't be staying here again.

The room looked like hadn't been cleaned in 5+ years No one on reception the whole time we were there. Shower dribbled out water and was also dirty

Check in was simple, got a text prior explaining things so never actually saw any members off staff. The room is nothing like pictured, double bed not a queen size bed, furnishings need updating and are worn out. Room wasn’t clean, cobwebs, every cushion on the sofa has worrying stains, shower was full of limescale, door handles are wobbly. It’s a handyman’s dream so take your tools!

The room reeked of urine . No one could sleep there. Carpet was filthy . Reception was remotely manned, wires hanging out and grubby. The description of the lodge is incorrect and miss leading. I complained and was given another room that was acceptable.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Room is lovely with plenty of pillows.

Nice room but heating stuck on full blast and unable to turn down (room 201) Had to sleep with window open; Luckily it was quiet !

Arrived before the reception closed. Sign provided contact numbers to call and a bell to be checked in. Bell didn’t work, both phone numbers provided did not work. Only by chance another guest came in and gave us a completely new telephone number to call (which was not written down anywhere else). No receptionist on duty and a random other guest showed us to the rooms, where the keys were already inside the rooms. Beds/linen were awful. Thin and uncomfortable. Bathrooms were clean however. Would not recommend to anyone who wasn’t used to living in student accommodation for the last couple of years.

Stains on bed, regular disturbing fire alarm tests in the morning, lights randomly power off and can't be turned back on, staff does not handle issues you express to them, dusty filthy room, old tv with old remote that doesn't have a back cover to hold the batteries, and worst of all no hot water showers. The shower stays freezing cold even when you put it on the highest heat. Then paying to go to and from london each day will be like 60+ dollars, so you might as well use the extra money to get a nicer more convenient hotel than this dump

On Arrival at 15:00 no one on desk. After about 15 minutes of waiting we had a video call asking us for booking numbers to find that out of the two rooms I book only one was available, it then took 2 hours to sort out the other room (no apologies) room booked was a Deluxe Double - this had two single mattresses pushed together to make a double bed ( one was slightly higher than the other make a very unpleasant sleep 👎 room was small, dusty and very unpleasant

Very convenient for LGW. Great price, clean bed and hot shower just what we needed.

Key was on the table and room was unlocked. I got a text explaining everything, very useful and quick check in

Surprised how quiet considering it is as in seemingly busy location.

I had a 'deluxe' double room. There was no milk for my coffee and no toiletries, just a bottle of soap on the side of the sink. There were cobwebs everywhere and a funny smell from the bathroom. Never again I think is an understatement. I know it's cheap, but I'd rather fork out an extra tenner to get a travelodge or anywhere else TBH.

For the price I thought it was very good value. Excellent communication room was clean and slept well.
