Hotel location is shown wrong and I ended up 2 hours away from a hospital I had to go to every day. After being assured of a refund for the remaining nights the hotel and Hotels.com went back on their assurance after I moved to a different property. Truly horrendous experience after decades of using Hotels.com.

Nice hotel in a convenient location for our visit to a family wedding nearby
