Clean room, staff friendly

Habitación correcta, nos facilitaron la entrada temprana, lo cual es de agradecer. El Spa no funciona, está abandonado. Pudimos disfrutar de la piscina, aunque el agua estaba bastante fría.

Very good hotel and staff are very nice as well!!!

Overall it was a positive stay. The staff are very helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The location had a lot of construction so it was very noisy during the day. The wifi was abysmal. The breakfast was ok, could benefit from more variety and better quality food.

Clean room and good staff

Very pleasant staff, nice location. Walking distance to the Hamra corniche and Palestine shopping street where you can find nice restaurants and coffee shops.

Staff was nice .. Room furniture was old and not well cleaned. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean but had water leaking below the sink.

It didn't feel like it was a part of the Hilton group. It was wired I would have said it was a fake! Cowboy builders have worked on the hotel.

Freundlich, sehr sauber, und bei Frühstück große Auswahl. Mit Uber kann man überall fahren.

初めてのサウジアラビア滞在でしたが、安心して過ごせました。部屋が広くきれいで、必要な設備はそろっていました。朝食もメニューが豊富でおいしかったです。周辺にはレストランやスーパーマーケット、観光地があり過ごしやすかったです。 ただ、向かいの建物が工事中で騒音がします。私は気になりませんでしたが、神経質な方はやめた方がいいかもしれません。

So good Staff were so kindness

Not updated for mobile plugins, limited foods options. Chef was not attentive for cooking eggs. Laundry was not returned on time by end of the day. No desk chair in my room.

Il punto di forza dell’albergo è sicuramente il personale, cortese e disponibile. Purtroppo dietro all’albergo stanno costruendo un fabbricato, come - correttamente- riportava il sito dell’albergo. Solo che i lavori non iniziavano alle 7, come scritto: la prima notte hanno iniziato alle 04,30 del mattino, la seconda alle 06,00.

Great hotel stay, very efficient clean

Ho trovato molto comoda la posizione vicino a Palestine street e alla Corniche. L'hotel è abbastanza moderno, buona colazione, camera spaziosa con comodo letto matrimoniale XL, ci ritornerei

Very good hotel, for single, couple or family. Very clean, all service personnel speak Arabic and English. We were satisfied for the 5 days we started.
