A good option for a quick stay on your way to somewhere else.

The hotel has a lot of character, although it was a bit tired is some ways. Breakfast was generous and served right at the time we had preordered it.

The hotel is wonderful. The staff is extremely attentive. Dinner is perfect and breakfast has a great selection. Two thumbs up!! 👍👍

The food is excellent. Paddock to plate from their own farm.

This is a good place to stay, clean, comfortable, very friendly and attentive staff and good food. I booked 4 rooms for my family who were traveling to attend my daughters wedding, all concerned were very handy with their stay. You are well looked after at this hotel.

Parking was easy though roadside. Near to town center so lot of dinner options. Felt safe enough , at least in daylight. Walked back at 9:00 p.m. from dinner. Good for one night.

Location is very central and there is ample parking. The person who checked us in used scare tactics to opt into eating dinner and breakfast at the hotel saying we wouldn’t be able to find a meal anywhere else, which we did not appreciate. We were able to find both dinner and breakfast around town without issue. The hotel and rooms are very run down. The floors and bathroom needed a good cleaning. We thankfully only stayed one night and it was fine, but I wouldn’t recommend and this should be rated more of a 1 or 2 star motel.

Very well located and really nice meal. Rooms were a bit dated however clean enough.

We loved this family run hotel! Leo and Mary Ellen were welcoming and helpful, including getting us a taxi to the ferry early in the morning. We ate dinner here one night and it was excellent- local lamb chops and steak pie and chips. I’d highly recommend Manor House if you want a smaller hotel with personal service. We stayed in the main building .

Svært hyggelig vertskap, nydelig mat i puben. Veldig rolig og stille område. Gratis parkering rett utenfor hotellet. Eldre hotell og slitent interiør og fasiliteter.

Not completely clean

The rooms were fine, very clean although the bathroom a bit tight. Parking was easy, just across the road. Breakfast was very good, made to order. Dinner in the restaurant was incredible - really excellent - I highly recommend enjoying a meal there!!

My room was quite large with a lovely view from all the windows! The manager/owner was very friendly and so appreciative of our visit. A big plus was also being able to get a nice dinner in the cute pub after a very busy day on a Rabbie’s tour. It was a nice homey change from a typical hotel room.

The place is undergoing some major bedroom renovations and although our newly renovated bedroom was basic it was very clean with a new ensuite which had a very powerful shower. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful. The bar area is used by locals who were very friendly and helpful in suggesting places to visit. The breakfast is cooked to order from fresh quality produce. Great location, very easy and plentiful parking, good value for money

Owner/staff were very pleasant. Food is good. Room was very poor - small, hard bed with worn sheets and terrible pillows. Overall, hotel seems run down.
