The reception guy with name Ismail is very rude

Yes - I requested a good room with view but they did not responded and also I have allergy with smoking - but they not non smoking room

Good team and staff, issue with Room, TV was not working , Bathroom had issues but they were fixed , food is ok but not perfect - I really like the team

Stayed here to be close to the tennis taxi cost 13 riyals which is decent. Metro a short walk 6 riyals a jfor a day pass hotel was great

The property aged very quickly. We stayed there in 2023 and was much nicer.

Was good but overloaded which made experience less enjoyable staff and parking tickets.

Badezimmer nicht ,Badezimmer nicht sauber Haar und Flecken auf dem Boden, die Musik mit den ganzen aus dem Bar oder Knight Club Könnte man das wissen sie hören, und wir könnten nicht schlafen, hat uns sehr gestellt, Empfang war unprofessionell und mussten Wir 10-15 Minuten warten, bis unsere Reservation gefunden wird Ich hab das Hotel gewählt Weil die so eine gute Bewertung haben, Davon ist nichts wahr?

Troppo rumore la notte - famiglie con bambini che correvano e gridavano nei corridoi, fino a mezzanotte - un ghetto insomma - Almeno lì potevano raggruppare tutti in un piano che si disturbassero a vicenda
