Easy parking, nice clean rooms, not too big.

Terrible dump in a seedy area of town. Druggies in the parking lot near the dumpster when I pulled in. Totally avoid it at all possible.

Lots of construction going on, hallways need cleaning. Rooms were clean, if a little tired.

Mid-century modern decor with barn-door to the bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Best views are from the halls.

Breakfast needs more attention to the details like the temperature of the food, etc. The location of the bed and the not-very-private bathroom barn-style door leaves a lot to be desired.

I couldn’t get to the hotel as the highway was closed. They chose to keep my money. Yes, I know it was past the full refund date, but, I have no control over the weather and road conditions. Will never, ever stay there.

Breakfast menu was okay. Generic continental, but the hot options were not great.

Nice clean room

When I arrived the lobby is noticably dirty. The place smells and there were trash bags in the hallway. I noticed dry yellow stains and hair on the toilet along with a dry chunk of a brown substance on the toilet. The second room was not better. The Manager seemed more insulted than concerned and refused to refund my money when I refused to acept the room. He also refused to put me in contact with his supervisor and refused to provide me with any cooperation to escalate my request for a refund.

I had a great stay at Quality Inn & Suites Thunder Bay Downtown. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. The location is very convenient, with easy access to downtown and nearby restaurants. The complimentary breakfast and 24-hour coffee were also a nice bonus. Overall, a reliable and comfortable place to stay I would definitely recommend it and would gladly return.

Noisy couldn't sleep the first night. Outdated room

Room was a bit on the small side but, it was clean and quiet. Staff seemed friendly enough.

I was on the second floor in room 203 and I could hear every single conversation taking place at the front desk. When I arrived to my at 3pm, outside of my room there was someone’s wet swim shorts laying on the floor, and they were not removed until approximately 8pm. The walls appeared to be paper thin, as I could hear the conversations taking place in the room next to me.
