I have no issues with my stay per se. However, for the second time in a two-week trip, Hotels.com didn’t send me the email with check-in information, and attempts to contact hotels.com only resulted in repeatedly being sent my confirmation information. In the end, I was able to contact the owner of the place directly to get the information, and he was very helpful. I have one more stay booked through hotels.com, and I dread going through this again.
