We are incredibly happy with our stay at the Radisson Collection, Santa Sofia. The hotel is beautiful, featuring a lovely rooftop pool and wonderful rooms. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful at all times—we truly have nothing but praise. Furthermore, I was in close contact with Shiama both before and during our stay, as I needed assistance with several special requests for my marriage proposal. Shiama was absolutely incredible; she helped me with everything I asked for and was both personal and highly professional in her approach. I can highly recommend this hotel!

Good location, 10 mins walk to Duomo and shopping. Check in staff super welcoming and friendly. Concierge and bellboy team amazingly helpful. Good facilities, love the pool and sauna. Room well decor and furnished. Love the free first minibar. Cleanliness part was a bit down, rubbish from previous guest wasn’t cleared but rectified straightaway. Bedsheets had holes, heavy tear and wear, time to be replaced. Mattress too soft, probably too old and springs losing support. Breakfast area was quite pleasant, food-wise so so, not much choices in terms of fruits and vegetables (sometimes spoiled). Coffee machine definitely not the best. Otherwise all good! Recommend for its location and staff.

The air conditioning in the room did not work. I called 3x to have maintenance fix it the afternoon of arrival. They eventually fixed it at 9am the following morning at 9am. I complained and they offered a 20% discount which still didn’t to compensate for no AC in what is supposed to be a 5* property. The breakfast was poorly replenished at 9:30 despite supposedly being open until 10am. One of the reasons I booked the hotel was for the roof top bar which is heavily featured in the web page and was disappointed that both the restaurant and bar on the rooftop were closed on Sundays. This is not made clear on the web page Actual room was nice.

Meget dejligt hotel - dejlig morgenmad, fint værelse og virkelig god service med venligt personale. Desuden ligger hotellet meget centralt og i fin gåafstand til domkirken. Næste gang vi er i Milano vil vi vælge dette hotel igen!

No place to park the car to unload. Nobody greeting us upon our arrival, to carry our luggage. We had to park way underground not sure we were at the right place and carry our luggage in a cheap, outdated elevator. We were very surprised in fact all along our stay how outdated the decoration was (old carpets everywhere, very dark). It felt like we were in a cheap motel back in the 70s. It was complicated to find the rooftop. The electric car charging stations were not working (we had to ask to have them fixed). We had been in 5-star hotels in the prior 2 weeks (Grand Hotel Victoria in Menaggio, Collegio Alla Querce in Florence) and believe me the Radisson doesn’t deserve more than 3 stars. I expected way more for what is currently rated a 5-stars hotel. I really don’t understand how this hotel have a 5-stars rating. Very misleading to say the least

Didn’t had breakfast but there Sali lounge very limited options

My top priority in a hotel is a quiet night's sleep. Rooms 421 and 423 face the inner courtyard with no guest rooms on the other side. We arrived exhausted and slept late the next morning with no disturbance. The pillows weren't great (flat down or lumpy synthetic), but the bed was very comfortable. The shower water pressure was excellent. We didn't eat there as it seemed overpriced. It was nice to have all our luggage taken straight to the room and then stored while we toured.
