super!! Rooms are really fresh and spotless, wide and bright, very comfortable bed, great coffee and wonderful location.

The room was spotless. The check in team was ready and willing to assist with anything The room was pre warmed for our arrival on Jan 5. That’s such a plus coming in from the cold I like to cook breakfasts. The kitchen and dish/cookware was clean and efficient Definitely staying here on my next visit

清潔なお部屋、すっきりしたセンスの良い家具・備品、使いやすく考慮された設備（照明のスイッチが細かい範囲でオンオフ出来る、コンセントが各所に配置されている等）、大変心地良く過ごせました。スタッフの方との事前連絡のやり取りも丁寧で、安心できました。雨の日には玄関に傘が用意してあり、気配りが嬉しかったです。

O apartamento é muito bem localizado. A equipe de suporte muito simpática e atenciosa. Apartamento novo, cama ótima, banheiro grande e bem iluminado. Cozinha com itens básicos. Sugiro um armário no alto para tornar mais funcional o acesso aos utensílios.Apartamento espaçoso e arejado. Gostamos muito!

Excelente ubicacion

La ubicación es perfecta, el check Inn online también muy cómodo y fácil, el acceso al apartamento fue sin problemas. El apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo, cuenta con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía; el único punto no muy bueno es el tamaño del baño q era demás pequeñito; pero bueno, solo éramos mi esposo y yo. El último día nos tocó bañarnos con agua fría porque se dañó el calentador, pero supongo q fue un accidente. El punto negativo de la estadía fue mi vecino de arriba q desde las 5 am, hasta las 10 am, corría de un lado para otro en todo el apartamento y por ser pisos de madera, se escuchan todas pisadas en el techo de nuestro apartamento. Lastima ese detalle, porque en verdad q es muy cómodo el apartamento, muy bonito y muy bien ubicado.

全てにおいて完璧でこれまで利用したスリーベットルームでは広さ、快適さ全てにおいて感動しました。ロフトに続くバルコニーやそれぞれの部屋から出る事ができるテラス完璧でした。また、台所、ダイニングも清潔で食器類も整っていて良かったです。ただ、一つ欠点を挙げるならばシャワーの水の出が悪いことでした。また、サンセバスチャンを訪問する事があればファミリーでこのアパートメントホテルを利用したいです。

The property is very clean and confortable.

A well located property which was large, well appointed in a safe area close to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Location was excellent - very close to the beach and old town. Communication was very good, and the apartment was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Apartment layout and kitchen are the reasons for the 4 star rating. Dishes and safe were at ground level in a cupboard which was difficult to access without getting down on your knees. The kitchen was very basic, and a toaster would have been a nice addition.

Hotel staff was very helpful, responsive, and respectful when they responded to room issues. They were also helpful with questions about bus schedules. The studio room is very spacious. It has: a good-sized, under-counter fridge; a good-sized stainless steel "kitchen" sink; full set of silverware and china dining set; kitchen knives and utensils; 2 burner induction cooktop; cups for espresso and coffee; glasses for water and wine; toaster-microwave combo; in-room safe that comfortably fit my 14-inch laptop with room around the laptop for my charging block/cables, passports, mouse, cellphones. If you are handwashing clothes (the stainless steel kitchen sink works well), there is a drying rack that extends outside from the bedroom window with clothes pins. They also provided full-sized umbrellas on rainy days! I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, friendly and helpful onsite managers with great communication ahead of our visit, highly responsive. Apartments clean and spacious.

The apartments are in a great location right in the centre of town and a few minutes walk to the beach. We had a studio, one bedded, the bed is separated from the sitting area by half a wall and an open shelving/hanging unit. There was a table and two low stools to dine at. I was disappointed in the furnishings and layout of the studio. There were no laundry facilities for the studios as advertised, which was subsequently amended on the listing when I queried it. All the kitchenware was stored at ground level in a unit across the room from the sink and cooker. It was difficult bending down to get glasses and plates at the back of the very low sideboard unit, especially if you are a bit older. The kettle is also on the low unit, away from the sink. I struggled with opening the safe, as again it is at ground level, so you have to bend right over and reach into a cupboard to see the safe code, and then lift up the heavy safe door vertically whist bent over putting things in and out. The microwave at knee level too, with pots under it. I don’t think the practicalities of using the unit were thought about before it was equipped. There was plenty of wall space above or beside the sink to put in proper cupboards that would have been easily accessible to older or less able clients, even space for a dishwasher and washing machine.There was no hanging space for dresses or longer clothes. The functionality could have been better thought out. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful.
