Wat een fantastisch hotel, centraal gelegen in hartje Antwerpen. Alles op loopafstand, dus echt ideaal. Fijne kamer, met prachtig uitzicht op de Opera. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En wat een leuke verrassing: op eerste paasdag lag er ineens een chocoladehaas voor onze kamerdeur. Zulke kleine dingen maken het echt speciaal!

Had a great stay. The room was comfortable and quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was top notch

O hotel está em bom estado porque é novo, mas a manutenção parece que deixa a desejar. limpeza dos quartos mais ou menos, quando entramos o lixo do banheiro não tinha sido retirado do hóspede anterior, tinha uma maçã embaixo da cama. Café da manhã bom!

Love the room, service and location

Muy bien ubicada en un sitio estratégico y todo puedes conocer a pie.

We received a dirty room that might be related to bug activity. After reporting the issue, we got a new room. We were, however, promised compensation for this, but the hotel management never delivered.

Kamers zijn niet groot maar prima in orde. Mooi uitzicht op de Opera. Vriendelijke service bij de receptie. Lekker ontbijtbuffet. Waterkoker met koffie en thee. Het enige dat we misten was een klein koelkastje. Voor de rest: helemaal prima!

Great hotel for a city trip to Antwerp. Modern and new. Rooms are on the small side, but the beds are excellent. Nice firm matrasses. Slept like a baby here. Some mold in the bathroom. Nothing major, but cleaning / maintenance could be improved. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also excellent, with enough seating possibilities. The location of the hotel is perfect. Short walking distance to old center and shopping street 'Meir'. Also tramline 1 to the south of Antwerp (including the KMSKA museum) runs right in front of the hotel. Easy access to public transport.

The view from the our hotel room on the 7th floor was exceptional. Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful. Its location was perfect for what we wanted to see. It was walking distance to everything. I was hoping for a gym but they didn’t have one so to compromise if your looking for a good workout I suggest doing a few sets of the 9 floor stair well. It served me well:)

Het is een prima hotel voor een kort verblijf. Bedden zijn comfortabel en het ontbijt is lekker en ruime keuze. Dicht bij de winkels en restaurants. Licht naast een drukke weg maar daar is op de kamer niets van te merken.

Great stay. Accommodations, breakfast, staff, everything was great. Clean, good location.

Immer wieder gerne ein Holiday Inn. Super nah am Bahnhof, super nah an der Innenstadt. Ausstattung wie gewohnt spitze.

Lost my Sony Camera there.

Left my Sony camera, I called two times to the receptionist, but no sign of it. I requested to check the security cameras at the lobby and breakfast area for friday 18, 7am to 8am, but did not get any answer if the video was checked or not. Cleaningness: 5/5 , Confortable: 5/5, Easy to get there: 5/5, Security for Lost and Found: 2/5

A very comfortable stay, my room at the back of the hotel has everything needed, although a bit noisy with construction work I arrived by coach from Charleroi airport, the coach station is ideally situated less than 100 meters from the hotel.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft in der direkten Nähe zu Oper. Der historische Bahnhof nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in direkter Nähe. Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip in Antwerpen. Die Mitarbeiter waren ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok.. ich hätte mir mehr frisches Obst und Vollkornbrot gewünscht. Es war alles eher „ungesund“. Wer es morgens gerne süß mag wird mit dem Frühstück zufrieden sein.
