Great location and great staff

Very conveniently located hotel.

Comfortable and clean enough. Location was very good for Kings Cross. These old London hotels need overhauling. The rooms are far too small to meet health and safety standards. No lifts and stairs very steep. They are like rabbit warrens. I'd hate to be caught in a fire in these places.

Great location, 2 minutes from Kings Cross. Ideal for my one night stay. Clean room with excellent bathroom and shower. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

Budget hotel, so you get what you pay for. The room was small and basic, but adequate for our needs, in a great spot near the train station, and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful . Would stay here again for 1 or 2 nights

This is a budget level hotel near a railroad station, convenient for travelers. Some women might be uncomfortable with the neighborhood (although the basketball game was always over by 10). I could never get the shower to work and found the floor of the shower to be quite slippery. Inexpensive and in a central area, which covers a lot of problems.

Really really basic at best

Lovely staff, fast check-in, however room was too warm and had a strong smell of damp, bathroom looked to have suffered a leak from above which I presumed to be the cause of the damp smell, no ventilation in room on arrival, we had to open the window and leave it open and whilst out to clear the smell of damp and cool the room. When we asked for fan one was not available and when we mentioned the damp to the staff member on reception they did not understand what we meant and suggetit maybe because of rain. Room was basic but clean but property definitely in need of renovations. The price of this hotel for the quality was too high. Others in the area cheaper. Will not return.

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación y en un sector muy tranquilo. El hotel es perfecto para utilizarlo solo para llegar a dormir, lo unico malo son las camas que se mueven mucho.

Woefully overrated. 2* at best! Bed full of uncomfortable springs. Poor ventilation/no air con or fan offered so it was an oven in May. Paintwork very poor and describing the hotel as tired is being kind. My room was on the 3rd floor which was up 4 flights of tight stairs with a heavy bag - I wouldn't say it was accessible at all as my room/bathroom was very small too. It had a convenient location and staff were friendly.

Pas d’ascenseur. Des escaliers minuscule qui s’apparente à l’escalade de l’Everest pour rejoindre la chambre. Chambre minuscule. Tout est dans un état de délabrement avancé. Des poils et des cheveux sur les draps et les oreillers. La dernière fois que quelqu’un a nettoyé la fenêtre, je ne devais pas être au nais

Very nice beds, warm and reasonably comfortable. No lifts but there are lovely staff who will happily help with luggage and show you to your room. Would stay here again.

It is reasonable price. Easy to walk to transportation or transfer to other places. It is very small hotel, small shower area. It not suit for big size body. No elevator. You must walk on small the stairs with heavy luggage. Overall is good. Clean and very small room.

Très bien situé,proche de la gare de Saint Pancrace. La chambre était minuscule mais juste pour dormir ça suffit! La propreté pourrait être améliorée (wc, salle de bain...) Par contre rien a redire sur le staff qui a été génial, en particulier Aya et un autre monsieur dont je n'ai pas le nom. Ils sont très serviables et accommodants. Je recommande si vous cherchez un hôtel pas trop cher et dans le centre de Londres.

This was a perfect hotel for our mini trip to london. Less then a 5 minute walk to kings cross station. Room was lovely and clean. The gentleman on the front desk was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.
