Mohammed Rafi kindly let us check in earlier, he was very helpful. Another member at the reception was not so nice and polite, he was argumentative. Room was nice with comfortable beds. Strong wifi connection. Rooms were not cleaned everyday, we stayed 7 days, only cleaned once, bed wasnt made properly, was jusy covered with duet. Idly sambhar in breakfast everyday or toast with jam no butter. No other option was provided. Location is good. Overall nice hotel but not so nice service.

Basic concepts of cleanliness are missing in every corner of the property. Lacking care for linens and towels. Within 50 meters of a busy busy highway but run down location. Breakfast is served but outsourced from a local food joint…not worth it.
