I loved my 1 night stay at the Amboseli Sopa Lodge, and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amboseli National Park. The lodge itself is located just outside of the NP, but they conveniently have a buffet-style restaurant inside the park. We were pleasantly surprised that all of meals, including our lunch in the restaurant inside the park, were included in our nightly fee. The facilities are fabulous, the food is excellent, and the staff is wonderful.

The Soap lodge is located just outside Amboseli National Park. It is an absolutely beautiful sanctuary with luxurious rooms, wonderful staff, awesome cultural experiences and delicious food. The staff bent over backwards to provide excellent service and were exceptionally friendly and fun. We absolutely LOVED our stay there!

Staff was friendly and personable from front desk to housekeeping. Thank you especially to Gideon and Emmanuel for making a great stay extra special. Beautiful grounds to stroll and admire flowers and monkeys and birds. Dated bathroom with poor water pressure is the only negative; would happily stay for weeks despite this.
