It's hard to leave a mediocre review of this property as I am not sure if this is the only apartment the host rents, so keep in mind that this review is solely for the unit that we stayed at & not other units offered by the host. Pros: -Quiet and safe neighborhood -Beautiful playground across our unit -Price -Host/delegate was friendly despite the miscommunication over the phone but would have been nice if they reviewed their email instructions sent to renters to avoid this. -Very close drive to downtown Ottawa and Gatineau National Park Cons: -Communication with host/delegate - email told us to call when 5 mins away so they can meet us at the apartment to give keys, so we did. Waited 15 mins outside. Called again just to be told that they thought we said that we would call when we got there. -Upstairs unit's kid kept running around till past midnight making for difficult sleep (we also have a little one so we tried to be understanding). -Floor was not visibly dirty but could use a wash based on the state of our socks after walking around.

Perfect place for a couple to stay at

Feel like home and the property is quite good in size.

I didn’t like anything. No Wifi, there were hairs and nails on the bedsheets, no bath towel and the floor not clean.

Bel appartement spacieux avec décoration moderne. Il y a trois chambres, mais une n’est pas utilisable car pas encore meublée. La salle de bains et la cuisine étaient propres, pas de problème de ce côté là. Télévisions intelligentes dernier cri au salon et dans les chambres, fort apprécié. Par contre, il y a des petits détails à améliorer. Il n’y avait pas de débarbouillettes dans la salle de bain, la toilette est mal fixée, il y a des petits trous sur un mur de la salle de bains, et une section d’environ 1 mètre carré du plafond de la cuisine est en réparation et bouché par des cartons… De plus, la famille qui habite l’appartement au dessus a de jeunes enfants qui sont assez bruyants, on les entend marcher et courir souvent. Notez aussi que l’autoroute est assez près, ce qui crée un bruit de fond constant pendant la nuit. En bout de ligne, cet hébergement peut convenir pour une nuit ou deux, si on n’y passe pas trop de temps.
