Amazing

Very chic neighbourhood. Quick check in. Lifts confusing to work. Wasn’t told where breakfast would be. Staff very friendly they make the hotel. Breakfast is ok. Not sure I would have it again. Rooftop pool is stunning. Probably more geared towards adults than families with kids which is fine. In the pool with the kids member of staff told us off for splashing water even though there were drunk adults leaving glasses all over the floor which I would say is more an issue . Also my room said free mini bar items soft drink included but nothing was included so hit with a bills at checkout. I would stay again it’s a lovely , chic hotel with the great staff.

Over rated and very busy, traffic in that area was horrendous

Location

Nice hotel, we went to use the pool on a sunny day but the sun loungers were full, not great to be honest. Room was fine, everything was fine 7/10

Super stay at this hotel. Really conveniently located easy parking access with EV charging. Lovely hotel. Great roof to bar and pool. Will go again. Friendly staff particularly on reception

Disappointing

The location is Super friendly, near a train station and so close to the power station. A fascinating rooftop view but the options to eat are limited there. Highly recommended

The only complaint was that the sinks are way ti small but everything was fantasic!

The hotel is in a great location overlooking Battersea Power Station. The roof top pool and bar area was amazing and felt like an all inclusive resort with live music and great service. Tons of restaurants within a few minutes walk however the onsite ones are also very nice. We will be back for sure next time in London.

The hotel was amazing, the staff super friendly. Bogdan and Renata made our stay extra special and my friend and I had the best birthday celebration weekend. I cannot thank you all enough for making us both feel so special :-).

Hotel staff was wonderful. Great hotel next to the Battersea Power Station which is a wonderful shopping area. Access to walk ways by the Thames, play areas for children, and outdoor restaurants. Easy to get to Uber Clipper.

The rooms were not as luxury as I would have expected for this price, and I was disappointed there was no information about having to book treatments 48 hours in advance because they are with an outside company. Overall a great stay and a clean hotel but was not of the standard I was expecting.

This hotel is superbly positioned to allow guests to explore the area and all it has to offer. Unfortunately, the Wonderpass app did not work and allow us to download the digital key but this did not spoil our stay.

The property is next to the amazing Battersea Power Station, lovely restaurants with outdoor seating, walkways next to the Thames, outdoor play areas for children, and the Uber Thames boat stops at the wharf.

Location

Hotel is lovely and in a great location, rooms are fine but nothing special, the rooftop pool is amazing but hardly has any space to sit at so you need to fight for the loungers. My issue was the staff - no one was overly friendly. And when checking out, reception stored the bags. We had two pull along cases, a shopping bag and a tote bag so 4 bags in total. The receptionist was adamant he was only writing 2 bags, I asked several times for him to amend it to 4 bags and he kept laughing saying it’s fine, it’s fine. When arriving back at the hotel later in the day so collect the bags before going to the airport - only 2 bags were brought. 1 cases and the shopping bag was missing. After some panic and calling different people - the bags were finally ‘found’ and brought to us. It was all a bit strange.

Beautiful hotel but poorly managed - issues with check-in and room, confusion over what was open and when, lacking it atmosphere sadly and disappointing overall.
