Wonderful stay! A perfect mix of French, Italian, and Swiss style with friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommend!

Love how pet friendly it is. Got greeted with dog bed, dog toy, dog bowls and extra bags. Love the touch of the cookies sent to your room the evening

Perfect location with direct access to several lovely beaches and quieter than the hectic traffic of the main town. Rooms are large and well appointed. Michael the lobby bartender is a star, really taking care of guests at the pool and evening. Definitely could use more staff when they are busy.

The the entire staff was welcoming and helpful, especially Katie at the front desk and micheal at the bar. We loved the retro look of the room and how well designed it was. The breakfast was amazing eggs and croissants and coffee were delicious. Fantastic location we walked to the beach and had easy access Cannot wait to stay at another pali house hotel, as I have heard they have many locations.

It’s a small hotel, but the interior design has such a unique style. We really loved it and will definitely come back.

Beautiful property and location. Decor is stunning and very friendly, accommodating staff. Beds were super comfy too!

I stayed here with my husband and son for 3 nights. I’m sure it used to be a motel as it looks that style, but has been refurbished to a very high standard. All the decour has been tastefully done and toiletries are Diptique. The breakfast is Continental and delicious with a good choice of quality yoghurt and bakery goods. Great location close to town and the free trolley bus is just outside. I can’t fault it, but if I had to say anything negative I would say it doesn’t warrant a $40 resort fee. I understand most of US hotels do this.

I really loved this place. its the cutest, beach cottage style hotel. Definitely a place I’ll be staying at again!!
