Friendly staff. Good food. Excellent location to wharf, shops and restaurants. A short drive to Kingsbrae and crossing to Ministers Island. The room we were in was at front of building. Could hear music from bar/restaurant but music off at 9pm. Could be noisy from street traffic and pedestrians during busier season. Lovely little private balcony. Not much a view but walk across street to wharf area. We enjoyed our stay at Kennedy. Good parking area close by.

Nice historic character accommodation. Food was OK but not exceptional. Service in restaurant was very good. Would recommend this accommodation.

The restaurant The Herring across the street has an excellent gluten free menu. The hotel staff were excellent and helpful

Staff at the desk and in the restaurant were lovely and upgraded our room even though we didn't ask. The hotel was originally built in the 1880s, so walls are very thin and we could hear people in the next room even though they were talking normally. The bed was very soft and I felt like I was rolling into the center. Otherwise it was a bit dated and creaky but certainly satisfactory. Right on Water Street where all the shops and restaurants are. The seafood chowder in the restaurant was excellent. The burger was good. There was music in the evening that was very good and was done by 10 pm, and all was quiet after that except for people coming in to their rooms.

We’ve stayed here several times. The restaurant and bar are very good and staff is very friendly.

We really enjoyed our four night stay here. The hotel has real charm, the room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was convenient (a parking lot, right next to the property) and Dominique was very kind. We look forward to returning in the fall! Thank you!!

As always Kennedy house is a great spot. Bar, food, music and downtown. Rooms are exceptionally comfortable and amenities are on point. We will stay again. *4th time staying

Place was comfortable once they put us in the correct room. Our room was given to someone else by mistake. Clean room and great customer service from the staff. Bed was a little high when climbing in. A music festival was in progress, so the bands were playing into the night. I was able to sleep once I put my earplugs in. I’m sure that would not have been a problem if it was a regular weekend. Lots of great shops, restaurants, and other conveniences on the Main Street. Don was extremely friendly and apologized for the room mixup. I would stay again!

Wicked nice staff

Excellent place to stay in Saint Andrews. Centrally located in the heart of town, right in the middle of the beautiful walking district. Right across from municipal green space with access to waterfront, views of the fishing pier and seafood restaurants. Older property with character but clean and well maintained. Great seafood restaurant and bar on site. Friendly and helpful staff. Some complimentary parking but small. First come, first served rules apply. Street parking opens up after supper. While there, watched game 7 of the Montreal vs Buffalo Stanley cup playoffs across the street at the Saint Andrews Brewing Company craft beer location. Great beers and atmosphere interacting with local residents, and an easy walk across the street back to hotel afterward.

Great spot, lots of history. Well worth the money

Second time staying here and would highly recommend. Staff are wonderful! so convenient with a lovely bar/restaurant.

We found it far too expensive for the value. Also it was very inconvenient only having one set of keys to access the building and the room.
