Kurzer Aufenhalt!

Great location, great staff and clean, but not somewhere if you’re looking for a good nights sleep!

This place is conveniently located in a great walking area for everything a tourist needs. However, the location is also noisy and it is almost impossible to get any sleep. The front door entrance is poorly constructed and slams every time a guest enters or exits. The hallways echo every step someone takes and voices carry through the room door. If you're ok with a noisy environment, this place is bursting with energy.

It smelled so bad, glad it was only one night

In the middle of the hustle and bustle so it was expectedly noisy until wee hours. But i chose to stay there for one night as it was close to the ferries and I saved on a taxi the next morning. Not sure i would have stayed for more than one night though, maybe in my 20s i would have loved it!

Staff were lovely but I thought the bar was a little to quick to close early incase of inconvenience in some way .

Posizione molto centrale, molti rumori dalla strada fino a tarda notte. Forte odire di fogna per le scale. Camere nuove, ma ristrutturazione un po' arrangiata. Petsonale gentile

Etablissement bien placé au cœur de la ville proche du port, très pratique pour découvrir Eivissa et Formentera. Le revers, c'est qu'il ne faut pas rechercher la tranquillité avec les bars et restaurants non loin. Facilement accessible en bus depuis l'aéroport.

The room does not look anything as seen on the pictures. It was a very old unkept room and bathroom where you even had to shower in lukewarm water because the water would not turn hot. The bathroom smelled of urine and had wood that was rotting. We did not have a fridge in the room as seen on the pictures. The room was very very noisy, you could hear your neighbours having a conversation and it was as if you were partying on the street with people. Housekeeping starts their work at around 8AM, where they throw their things in the hallway which wakes you up immediately. The door downstairs slams each time it closes so you also get woken up by that every time someone enters or leaves the building. All in all very bad experience would not recommend.

It is not an excellent because it is a noise street during night and has no elevator.

Staff was great. Room was clean.

Ideal for those who want to be in the middle of the nightlife of Ibiza town and for the ferry to Formentera The reception lady was very nice and helpful. The room was decent but not suitable for people with mobility issues due to the steps to get to the top as there is no lift.
