Nice Hotel. Polite people.

Front desk and restaurant staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

We stayed on the 6th floor, you can hear the street noise, sometimes could be really loud. The room has a wired smell , vanity sink won’t drain the water , shower area is too old . One electric switch for every lights in the room, etc … but the location is great and staff , all of them were great too!

Its an amazing hotel. I dont understand the negative reviews on here about the hotel not being taken care off. The staff was very kind and welcoming and the hotel was in great shape. Dont believe the negative reviews.

We love the staff the food and the service, but the rooms are just ok.

This is my fourth time visiting the hotel. Overall, the breakfast is excellent and the staff are outstanding. However, the rooms are quite dated and don’t justify the high prices—they’re very basic and lack the comfort or upgrades you’d expect at this rate. Additionally, the pillows are not comfortable, which affects the overall sleep quality

It was an excellent stay

음식도 휼륭했고 직원들도 매우 친절했습니다. 도심 한 가운데에 위치해 있어 저녁에 자동차 지나가는 소리가 있었지만, 그것 제외하고 다른 모든 건 다 만족 스러웠던 호텔이었습니다.

Excellent location

I have travelled a lot in my life, but I have seldom encountered such good service from the entire staff. I want to give a big kudos to the excellent breakfast and the superb steak restaurant, La Braise D'or, which made my stay super pleasant. The staff was very friendly.

Sin lugar a dudas el hotel es excelente, la atencion de Illias, Aziz y Mohamed, me quede asombrada de los especial que son con los huespedes, son los empleados que todos quisieramos tener en nuestra empresa, no te quieres ir del hotel con tantas atenciones. Mil gracias por todo los llevo en mi corazón.

Hotel is listed as non smoking, that is false you are unable to enjoy the lobby the cigarette smoking is ghastly. As soon as you get off the elevator you are blasted with all the people smoking in the lobby, you can barely breathe. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel but due to the smoking, I would never recommend this to anybody. They clearly lie in their Marriott profile.
