todo excelente, me gustaría que ofrecieran en recepción ayuda con un cargador para el movil. Ya que llegué sin batería y para revisar correos de la reserva y todo hubiera sido muy bueno poder encenderlo ahí en la recepción.

Like described. Complex is renovated, apartments clean. Pool in good condition. The only problem is the room service. In a beach city, where you shower frw times a day, you would expect to have a towel change few times. I had to go and ask for it. 2 days before departure run out of toilet paper and soap. Small things but matter.

The team here are always so helpful.

Lots of improvements, there is now a reception. Rooms have been renovated. Nice & clean & staff very helpful. I will return again. Just needs a convenience shop fir small essentials

Super bad service. No wifi and no cleaning or towel change. When I went to the reception to ask for some solution they claimed that they did not have to give me anything. They said that I should have read the conditions in hotels.com and that it was not their problem. It was not written anywhere this information. For a stay of almost 5000 sek this is not worth it and I strongly recommend to NOT stay here.

Terrible service from telephone assistance was saved by Jose Pedro at check-in who was fantastic. Accommodation was very clean and well equipped but felt quite sterile.

Very nice newly renovated apartment. Still some renovations underway at the complex. Family oriented location with a nice pool area.

The apartment was great for a couple of nights stay. It was close enough to a good beach and to the town centre, including great restaurants. The only downsides were: (1) check-in was unnecessarily long-winded as it takes places at their other hotel, which is about a half-hour walk in heat and with luggage, and (2) there was no internet even in public spaces (essential for me as I needed to work a little). What was unusual was that they asked for a breakages deposit of €200 euros which was not mentioned in the booking information.
