It was great, Clean, new, modern. No complaints!

Modern & clean, friendly staff. Although restaurant was closed when we stayed - bar's small selection was very good & more than enough to choose from.

Property is clean and new. Spacious rooms. Great if you come with a car. Without a car the location is inconvenient. Staff polite but not very proactive.

Me encantó ! Muy limpio y pedí un cierto para 3 personas y era una recámara con sala o independientes y dos baños ! Nos funcionó super bien !

We are thoroughly enjoying the holiday roaming around the north of Italy and thanks to Hotels.com we have been able to book and roam as we go. We have enjoyed the culture, scenery and good food 😀

Spett.le Hotel, Mi sono appoggiata al vs Hotel perchè impressionata molto positivamente dalla vs struttura, in termini di architettura, pulizia e confort, elementi riscontrati sul vs sito web. Al mio arrivo sono rimasta sorpresa perchè tutto corrispondeva, anzi ho trovato qualche dettaglio in più, qualche pubblicazione di arte e non solo per intrattenere piacevolmente nell'accogliente, luminosa e discreta hall. Il personale, con particolare riguardo alla Sig.ra Chiara, professionale, discreto e attendo, pronto a risolvere nell'immediatezza qualunque imprevisto e/o problema. Pertanto, ho deciso di fissare i miei prossimi soggiorni settimanali nel vs Hotel. Grazie e a presto. Cordiali saluti. S. Bruna

Fantastiskt hotell, vi bodde där 3 nätter och var mycket nöjda. Fantastisk service, superfint och trevligt rum. Bra restaurang och också bistron/baren var mycket bra. Finns inget att anmärka på. Mycket fin design, märks att ägaren ägnat mycket tid åt detaljerna.

C est pas mon premier séjour dans cette hôtel.. il est neuf bien confortable, le restaurant excellent même si un peu cher.. le petit déjeuner au top

Hôtel neuf, chambre confortable, la salle de bain propose une douche de plafond ou au pommeau.. la TV est énorme tout comme le lit.. le petit déjeuner proposais du salé comme du sucré.. je n ai que des compliments à distribuer pour cette hôtel.. le restaurant etait très bon aussi, même si pour moi le prix était un peu excessif..

My wife and I stayed at the RMH Raffaello Hotel in Modena, Italy, two days ago. Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing. On Friday, January 10, the hotel closed the Living Bar Bistro for a private party, preventing guests from using the only fast meal service. The other restaurant is for fine dining only, not fast meals or light snacks. As if this was not enough, the party had an extremely loud music that went over 1am. It was impossible to sleep with that extremely irritating sound, which even disturbed the guests who were having dinner at the hotel main restaurant. There was not even a manager at the hotel who could make the person in charge of the party turn down the music. It is unacceptable that a hotel ignores the comfort of its guests, who are paying for quality service, for the objective of making quick money from private parties. In any establishment that values ​​excellence of service, customer comfort, safety and satisfaction of guests should always be a priority. Given this extremely unpleasant and inconvenient situation, my advice is: NEVER stay at the RMH HOTEL, as your stay will possibly be disturbed by some similar event, given the hotel prioritizes quick money, and not provide an experience worthy of good moments of rest and leisure.

Ottimo hotel, unico neo un po' periferico rispetto alla città.
