Very helpful and responsive staff!

Hôtel simple mais mignon de prime à bord avec un joli jardin. Chambre propre et confortable mais malheureusement très humide avec la rivière à côté, tout était trempé…. Et aussi manque d’insonorisation. Nous avons été réveillé à plusieurs reprises par notre voisin qui ne faisait que parler. Aussi, personnel peu chaleureux à l’inverse de tout ce que nous avons rencontré au Pérou, et petit déjeuner vraiment limité…. Toutefois un peu à l’écart du centre d’ollantaytambo qui permet d’être au calme.

The property and room were very clean. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff were amazing. I had altitude sickness and one of the owners quickly provided me with water and cocoa tea. The owners have a baby there and it felt very family friendly. He was very cute. My room had a great comfortable bed and the shower was great. There is the sound of running water as it is by a river but i found it calming to sleep to. Amazing place, would stay here 10/10!

Very clean cozy place

The room was nicely decorated and quite spacious. There was a table with two comfy chairs and a luggage rack that allowed you to hang a few things. I showered early in the evening and always had hot water. The location is good ( the town is small so everything is close)and the breakfast included an egg - scrambled or fried, bread, avocado, cheese and fruit, usually bananas and apples.

We stayed here for 5 nights while exploring the area and doing our 2 day trip to Machu Picchu. This was the perfect place. It’s not fancy but it’s clean, bed was super comfy, it’s on a quiet road beside a stream that sounded so great when going to sleep. Breakfast was simple but everything we needed. Location was a couple on minute walk to everything in town. Also could see the ruins right outside our window, so easy to explore those too. Ollantaytambo was the greatest little town. Very authentic, quiet at night and locals were lovely. One of my favorite towns so far!

Habitaciones limpias,personal amable

Bom, as meninas do atendimento são uma simpatia. Super prestativas, educadas. Precisei deixar as malas por lá e fui muito bem atendido. As camas são bem confortáveis, uma delícia. Já o chuveiro está muito ruim, está saindo água para todos lados, até por cima e não esquenta. Uma outra preocupação é em relação a limpeza, na pequena cômoda ao lado da cama havia uma série de coisas de outros hóspedes, exemplo: pente, maquiagens, absorvente íntimo, e uma série de papéis. Até debaixo da cama encontrei maquiagem. Isso é perigoso, até porque eu viajo com criança.

The hotel was away from the busy street. It was quiet. The water was very warm and the the room was very clean.

Quaint hotel central to restaurants. Comfortable. The internet was terrible.

Nous avons eu de l’eau chaude 1 journée sur 2. Il n’y avait presque jamais personne au desk.
