The thermostat was locked and I was forced to sleep in a 77f room. They eventually brought a mini fan but that was not helpful as it just circulated hot air. I cut stay short next day. Terrible experience

Very good value for money. Comfy beds. We have stayed before and expect to come back.

Tout était parfait, le personnel charmant, la chambre très propre, grande, confortable et pratique, le petit-déjeuner super avec la surprise de découvrir qu'il est gratuit pour mes 2 enfants. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Reception staff very good

Room had mould in the bathroom, with pretty heavy smell. Cleaning was generally not grate, food quality likewise, staff welcoming and nice. For the price, not unhappy, but not good by any regard other than nice staff.

엡섬 타운 근린시설 접근이 용이합니다. 2명이 이용하는 것으로 예약했는데, 소파베드에 침구세팅이 안되어 있어서 조금 당황스러웠지만, 카운터 직원이 친절히 해결해주었습니다.

Close to the station, shops and restaurants. Very convenient. No free parking, which was shown otherwise at the time of booking. Room not spacious but big enough. Staff are friendly and helpful.
