The location was perfect for a 2-night stop on our road trip. We were within walking distance of Panama Station and able to get just about anywhere in Montréal by train/Metro in under an hour, without the hassle of driving and parking in the city. There are numerous restaurants and stores within walking distance and free on-site parking. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the sheets and towels smelled like fresh laundry 😌. We had a coffee machine, microwave, and mini-fridge with a freezer compartment, so we could re-freeze our ice packs. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, but worked well. The only negative we had was the smell of stale smoke (possibly from the carpeted area) in our non-smoking room. Opening the window and turning the fan on for ~1/2 hour remedied the issue for the night and we weren't in the room much more than that, anyway. I'm sure if we had mentioned it to the staff when we first arrived, they would have offered us a different room. For the price, this motel had everything we needed and expected. If you are looking for a high-end hotel, this is not it, but neither is the price. 😉 If you are looking for a safe, comfortable, and affordable stop along the way, this is a great choice.

I so appreciated the bathtub, the very comfortable bed, the cool room due to the air-conditioning available, and the 24 hour security for my parked car. It was a great deal and just what I needed for my overnight stay on route to Toronto thank you.

I chose this location for it's location. It was about 30 minutes from the RailExpo museum and walking distance to the Panama REM station, which I used to go into downtown Montreal to visit museums. The motel proximity to the Treachereau (?) Blvd - six lanes - made it difficult to find and to get to but, I called the front desk for directions and he was quite helpful.

Everything was great and when my reserved room was unavailable, I received a free upgrade.

A great place to stay.

The washroom wall was not clean, faucets both were damaged and I could not control the hot/cold water flow. The room and beds were clean. I arrived the motel at around 6 p.m. , although I booked the room 2 months before but still not reserved the two beds room for me on ground floor and my “disabled “ friend needed to walk the metal stair (15 steps) up !

The motel was fine. The rooms were old. The chairs were sticky and the bed mattress a little too saggy for my taste. The water was drinkable. The size of the fridge was good.

La chambre était très sale. Il y avait des cheveux sur le lit,sous la couette,sur les serviettes de la salle de bain. L'odeur de cannabis était partout,l'endroit est unsalubre. Les photos deu Motel sont décevantes. Ne vous faites pas arnaquer,évitez ce Motel à tout prix. Ils ont refusé de nous rembourser. Une miserable experience qui fait honte à la ville de Montréal. Avoid this dirty place at all costs.

Staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and tidy. Close to many amenities, and local transit.

The room was clean, all the staff with whom I interacted were absolutely friendly and helpful -- in particular in understanding and resolving some complexities of our complicated booking strategy. In short: booked two rooms initially; then realized we needed to add a night to both rooms; then the occupant of the second room couldn't accompany us, so we had to cancel the second room from both reservations.... My French is...sub-optimal; but we worked it out, and the Falcon's staff's patience and helpfulness were exemplary. Parking was easy, right outside our door. The A/C worked fine. The Falcon has some eccentricities -- of room layout, for instance, and the relative dimness of the lighting. But all the necessary things were present, and in any case I was not booking a room in a resort hotel; I was, in fact, simply looking for an economical place to sleep in while we enjoyed Montréal and the Formula 1 race weekend. The Falcon fit the bill exactly. The bed was comfortable -- I should have brought my own pillow to augment the rather slender ones on the bed -- and quiet. In short, all the things we needed, we got.
