I’m not sure if the reviews below are real. The front desks were nice enough to let us check in early. However, within 10 minutes of staying in our room, I noticed I was getting itchy and rashes on my body. At first I denied myself to believe it, but then I started looking at the sheets and noticed bed bugs in the comfortable and inside the comfortable. We immediately went down to let staff know, but the said housecleaning wasn’t available that day or time and offered to change the sheets. Then I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt since front desk was so nice and I felt bad for asking for a refund. Literally when I came back in to lay, there was a huge bug moving in our sheets. Immediately went got up, and had to check booked another hotel. After I was itching constant and I think some of the bugs ate my skin, I could’t stop itching. They advised that since it was a holiday, they can issue the refund Monday. They still have not issued my refund. PLEASE BE AWARE. False advertised. I want to upload our video with the bug physically moving inside the comforter but it’s only allowing pictures

We really liked the set up of the room. There is a bedroom, a semi- seperate sitting are and a kitchenette. Our bed mattress was like the Hunza Valley but the staff arranged to have it replaced with a firmer mattress.

The room is spacious and clean. Got 2 tv inside the room and lift. Location is good, got 2 metro stations and supermarkets nearby. Their reception only available from 10:30am to 6pm.

Only two notes were we didn’t know we were given a handicap room, but was a great experience and everyone was very nice and helpful.

Todo muy cerca y estación de metro cerca

Feel at Home fue justo eso, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El apartamento era cómodo, tenía una oequeña cocina bien equipada, la cama estuvo muy bien e incluso tenía 2 TVs. La zona es muy conveniente, con 2 supermercados muy cerca, lugares para comer y tomar algo, así como la estación de Metro Ventas a solo 2-3 cuadras caminando. El personal fue muy atento, especialmente la chica de recepciòn, quien estuvo siempre pendiente, nos ayudó a cambiar la cafetera 2 veces y nos guardó nuestras maletas grandes por unas horas mientras se llegaba la hora del check-in. Muy recomendado y de seguro volvería.

A very nice property, well located, clean and roomy

Clean and modern apartment in a great neighbourhood with lots of good bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff are very friendly and communication was excellent making check in/ check out very easy.

La habitación se encontraba en buenas condiciones; sin embargo, tanto en ésta como en el hotel en general había un olor extraño que aparentemente se intentaba ocultar mediante el uso excesivo de aromatizantes. Dichos productos me provocaron una reacción alérgica durante mi estancia. En la habitación había dos dispensadores de aromatizante, lo que da a entender que se intentaba disimular el olor de manera constante. Además, al encender la calefacción, el olor a aromatizante se intensificaba, lo que me dio la impresión de que el sistema de calefacción también contenía algún tipo de dispensador.

Yeh room was very spacious, clean, and located in a quiet part of town. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by.

The room was clean and modern. Shame about lack of natural lighting in the ground floor. We did not realise ground floor meant basement. The shower was powerful but did not drain well so you ended up standing in a pool very quickly!

Comfortable for 2 people. We enjoyed our stay!

En general muy bien

La habitación limpia, con todo lo necesario, solo que la regadera muy chica y no había cancel o separación y el agua se salía en todo el baño siempre estaba mojado, ubicación buena tranquila

Todo fue muy agradable, buena ubicación y fue cómodo.
