The restaurant did not have tomahawk steak. The asparagus was awesome.

Excellent experience from the valet to the bar tender service top notch and beds were really comfortable. Awesome vibe right across from the river and a quick 10-15 min to Ohio Stadium. First class experience

My stay was wonderful. I loved the property- it was extremely comfortable, beautiful, and had a wonderful energy. The staff was also incredible- they made me feel so welcome even though I sent a ton of boxes for use at a trade show. They had all the boxes placed in my room when I arrived! Talk about service!

Everything was great. Except, our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 5:00. The desk person gave us two drink tickets and told us he would have it ready asap because we had 30 minutes to change and head out to dinner. By the time we got our drinks, our room was ready

It was the entire vibe of the Junto. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean, the city view was nice and there weren't lots of kids running around the hotel.

Other than the breakfast not being free but delicious nonetheless. The staff, from valet attendant, the front desk to the waitress were very helpful and professional.

I normally stay here when i come to Columbus as it's my favorite hotel. This time wasn't quite up to the standard. Still a great stay as the staff is super friendly, the restaurants are all great, and the place is very cozy. This time though, I randomly didn't get bath towels or the usual bottled water in my room. Water bottle wasn't a big deal, but drying off after a shower on a long travel day was a bit difficult. We asked for both the waters and towels a couple of times over the weekend and finally received both the night before we were supposed to leave. The positive about my stay this weekend was they gave me a very generous late checkout for my flight that ended up later than expected. Overall, a bit disappointed but still a great hotel.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The bed was super comfortable, staff was great, lobby\restaurants\bars are just a vibe. I would absolutely stay there again.

Clean room and excellent staff even down to valet

Excellent staff. Clean Great vibe. Location was perfect for our needs. Building itself is noisy. Perhaps because on seventh floor below the rooftop terrace bar. Overall lighting is a bit dark, in particular in the bathroom.
